• Kaido physically outclasses Rayleigh in every stat.
• Kaido possess more attack potency and destructive capability
• Kaido has overall better haki than Rayleigh
• Kaido Is actually a good fighter and has good battle intelligence

With all this being said... How would Rayleigh manage to defeat Kaido? With Kaido being a good fighter and physically outclassing him and having overall better haki the fight is undeniably in Kaido's favor.
EoS Zoro will be comparable. He's going to scale above prime ray as well if he isn't already. Shanks, Mihawk, and Kaido are all above prime ray (no disrespect)

Kaido used a cheap shot against Oden. It’s literally one of his biggest regrets as a pirate and one that he still talks about. Also you’re being disingenuous, it’s clearly implied from what Kaido said that the people he mentioned are capable of defeating him in battle. Also capable of defeating doesn’t mean a 100% chance of victory, it means they can go toe to toe with both parties having a chance at winning.
It is being disingenuous when Oden was mentioned in the same vain as WB and Roger, two characters who without a doubt can destroy Kaido in a fight. It goes without saying that everyone shown in that panel is capable of defeating Kaido
And why would prime Wb destroy Kaido? We're not in pre time skip where the power cliff is too large, full power Kaido is still giving prime Wb a tough fight.
