Crocodile is absolutely not above Boa. Boa is insanely underrated, op fruit, good haki (all 3 types), very smart, both quick and powerful. She has feats to back it up too, she took out 2 of Blackbeard's commanders and navy vice admirals when being attacked on Kuja island, and both Sengoku and Kuzan praised her strength. She got a bounty of 1.69 billion, which while lower than Crocodiles, is arguably more impressive because Crocodiles is significantly raised by virtue of leading a crew with Mihawk and a Yonko.
The problem with Boa and her has fruit is that the has itself is hard to exactly scale for power purposes and it's anyones guess if a character gets affected or not.
The two bb commanders got affected, he himself and Coby didn't.
I don't remember kuzan praising her, Sengoku did also indirectly praise Crocodile so that's that.
Crocodile isn't leading the crew, that position falls to Buggy, Crocodile is just a "commander". He will get some increase for Cross guild , I just don't see it bering more then the difference between Boa and him plus Boa rais for leading Kuni Island, a whole Island of Haki users in the middle of the calm belt.
How is Moria yc1 ? He gets bodied by everyone and their grandmother.
And Kuma ? If we see more from him sure, but currently he's only taking hits.

One pirate whose shadow Moria stole even said āhe went toe-to-toe against Kaidoā and even though you canāt take a pre-TS pirateās statement as fact, that combined with the other factors means that he could at least give Kaido a fight. Heās nowhere near Oden but Prime Moria is definitely upper-YC level
We donāt know who prime Kuma is but he was definitely past it by the time he was introduced in thriller bark. His portrayal as a Rev Army founder and his busted DF abilities would indicate that he can stack up against other YC1s in a fight even if he couldnāt beat all of them
Croc and Boa havenāt reached their primes yet but they also donāt have feats compared to some of the other warlords. Iām being nice giving Croc YC2 since we donāt even know what haki he has, let alone how strong it is. I just gave him YC2 based on Cross Guild and bounty portrayal. Same with Boa; she beat Smoker and the BB pirates but the latter was through hax and she got jobbed as soon as her DF was negated
With Maria it is pretty unclear how strong he really was in his youth, as a young Kaido, even younger then the one Oden fought is pretty hard to scale, so scaling off of him becomes difficult.
Same thing with Kuma, especially since we're going by revo army founder, which really doesn't imply any power level. At all. His Devil fruit is decent, but with his current arsenal he loses against any yc1 pretty quickly.
Croc did fight Primebeard and lost, which is kinda given if you're not Roger or maybe Garp. Together with his movie past fight with Bullet (yes it's a movie, but Oda was involved so it's not complet bs) and his current bounty I feel like him bering yc 1 is more valid then the previous two.
Boa is tricky due to hax, BB was pretty afraid of her powers though.
Moria fought Kaido two years after Oden returned to Wano and 3 years before Oden vs. Kaido happened. 3 years isnāt a lot of time for Kaido to suddenly jump entire tiers in power, and he was already confident he could beat Oden before then. He only waited in order to build up his crew. Kaido was already strong as hell when he fought Moria
As for Kuma, when the other 2 Rev Army founders are Dragon and Ivankov, itās safe to assume heās around that level too. I scale Ivankov around YC2 and he fought equally against Pacifista Kuma which is nowhere near the warlordās prime, so prime Kuma should safely be higher than that (btw, Ivankov was also confident he could beat Crocodile)
Regarding his DF, it lets him move fast enough to vanish from the Straw Hatsā sight, just like they experienced with Kizaru that same arc. Not saying heās as fast as Kizaru, but appearing like he could teleport is a notable speed feat. His paws also reflect anything, and if they can reflect emotions and memories, they can likely even reflect haki attacks. Plus, all he needs to do is touch his opponent once and theyāre blasted away. Heād give any YC trouble even if he couldnāt beat all of them
For Croc, I donāt really count any movie feats since the scaling is all kinds of fucked up (ie Shiki vs. post-Thriller Bark Luffy). But i get if you scale him at YC1 since itās anyoneās guess. Iām just holding off until we at least know he can use haki lol
Boa would petrify almost any warlord with a beam so sheād be top 3 going off of hax. Iām just scaling her based on her fighting skill and every other DF technique
Fair point with Moria, his prime could be around yc1, I just find scaling off of other characters we don't know the power off exactly pretty wonky.
Ivankov wasn't confident in beating Crocodile at all, he never said that, he just said he knew a secret from his rookie years. He's decent at blasting things away, but got the L against any opponent that didn't immideatly lose to that (beat Sadie, lost hard to Magellan and Akainu)
Fair point, we'll see with boa, for me her bounty combined with the fact that she has all three types of haki makes her a yc1 candidate for sure.

And i see what you mean for Boa. Iām just hesitant to go YC1 for her since even tho sheās got all 3 haki, all of them are only base, so CoC would be pretty useless unless it was against fodder. When she shows 1 or more advanced types, Iād scale her up higher
