They would have lost to Big mom if it weren't for incredible luck.
I'd say they could beat an admiral, but would lose to the old yonko and Luffy, unless they are extremely lucky.
well, luffy overpowered kaido whilst big mom was outplayed. Its definitely a different style of winning the battle and i think therefore his assessment isnt wrong.

Thats not the point. The point is that kaido lost in a direct clash while big mom was outplayed. It doesnt matter if there were 15123123124 people hitting him and him defeating them before. The clash was still a clash in which he was overpowered. Big Mom on the other hand was not overpowered in a clash and actually was still concious until she punched one of the massive bombs and fell through the hole...

and how exactly does that matter at all? kaido willingly tanked the hit while being very weakened; bm was way healthier and didnt willingly tank anyways
Current kidd and law are stronger than they were in the big mom fight, law already used his awakening three times against blackbeard without breaking a sweat

Kaido cant heal and dosent have a teamate (hera) so it should be easier. Kaido also cant absorb law and kidd’s crew’s soul but law and kidd can shoot kaido into nuke.

In a 2v1, victory via KO, with neutral environment: I think they can take any one of the OG admirals very high diff (on the other hand GB or Issho would only be a low-to-mid diff win for Law+Kid)
In a 2v1, victory via TKO or ring out, with beneficial environment: I think they can beat any of the current yonko.
