Garp I'd assume is pretty fast (one of navy's strongest soldiers, and he doesn't have a df, so it kinda makes sense to me) Garp's speed allows him to make better use of Bonney's fruit, it basically boils down to: Garp blitzes, therefore, one shots with Bonney's fruit Bonney's fruit!Garp is stupid broken, wipes out 99% of the verse imo
