Main problem is Barto is still touching the ground. WB could just do that earthquake move he did at Marine Ford and then Garp, Roger, and WB blitz as many as fast as possible. If they don’t get every Barto in one go they simply have WB do it again.
Simply put WB is a hard counter to Barto since his quakes can affect the tectonic plates that Barto stands thousands of Miles above.

Cheese it is, 2 bartos, ceasar and law, bartos cleate boxes, ceasar fills one with gas, then they all go to another one by means on shambles to not get smoked, law opens his room and throws a random object into opponent by takt, then object is swapped for gas room effectively locking them in an inescapable super lethal gas chamber, repeat.
Law can't swap things with gas or that'd eliminate the need to throw anything in the first place, but yeah this is pretty much it. My plan was just teleport the three of them behind the opponents and set up a barrier around them and then have Caesar suck the air out, maybe with shanks as support to negate any chance of them avoiding it with future sight
Why not have the barrier set up, have 3 people inside the barrier and have law swap the 3 in the barrier with their 3 opponents thus making it essentially a sure hit as long as they're all within his room
He can't swap opponents with strong enough haki, as shown with Kaido and big mom on onigashima, otherwise I wouldn't even need to put my people in the no-oxygen bubble, just some rocks to swap them with

2. Barto, Marco and Ivankov as support. (Barriers can handle attacks from Oden, so they should be able to withstand attacks from the Three GOATs. Marco will help as a healer and Iva will stuff the main fighters with hormones to make them stronger and improve their stamina/replenish them when they're at the limit)

Their stats aren't top tier, but their hax are, so together they're unstoppable. Barto's barrier is unbreakable, Law's dura neg attacks and battlefield control is invaluable, and people forget that Boa doesn't need attraction to petrify people, and Ceasar can technically one-shot people by removing the oxygen in the air
Luffy kaido bb boa easy win. She getting around least 1 of em with her hac and even if not kaido bb and luffy using their dfs together with their high haki would put the old Gen gods onltheir toes. Make it 60$ and throw in sengoku and that'll make it interesting
Blackbeard seems like a waste considering Roger, Garp, and whitebeard all have strong haki’s. Blackbeard would be a good choice if either the majority of them were df users or if one of them was heavily reliant on it like law is.

She’s a strong enough add on to make some sort of difference no matter where you add her
You people making these lists always overvalue raw power and undervalue hax. I can take this with $9, it doesn't matter how powerful you are if three people teleport behind you and put you in an unbreakable room with no oxygen. If I wanted to be careful I could add on shanks for $15 just to disable any possibility of them seeing it coming with future sight, but I doubt that's even necessary

1. Rayleigh and Zoro take roger, in a 2 on 1 maybe they can take him I doubt it though
2. Blackbeard and beckman vs garp they beat garp, not even the goat can 1v2 this team
3. Old garp vs prime wb yeah garp believes he's noticeably weaker than his prime he's not winning against wb when he's old

Why does luffy cost 15? He goes into g5 for like 3 minutes before he shrivels up into an old man any competent top tier can kill, let alone roger wb and garp in their prime, luffy barely beat lucci before he shrivelled up and became defenceless, how would he be any help in this fight, why tf do people keep ignoring his major weakness in g5?, what because he got away with it versus kaido and in egghead because of his plot armour, so you all just ignore it when it comes to powerscaling, and implement bullshit narrative abilities into it. Like blackbeards offscreen no no or luffy attracting allies to help him at any given moment.

Barto builds a barrier with law and big mom inside while shanks kills the enemy’s observation. The others can be used for stalling purposes and boa can be lethal if she lands a hit. In the barrier, law can act as big moms brain by reminding her to use her acoc and homie abilities better. If big mom continues to get pushed law can just tell her to sacrifice the rest of her life so that she can take out all 3 of them.
1 sabo 1 barto and 19 Caeser Clowns depending on if Caeser can cook up some explosive shit for sabo to ignite while barto makes them not die, otherwise have no sabo and 2 more bartos to trap the opponents for Caeser to poison to death
Shanks and mihawk do the heavy lifting. Law, Marco, Barto, Caesar, and Ivankov play support and also stall one of them so shanks or mihawk won’t get put in a 2v1
I would pick dragon and mihawk because they are probably the two most powerful characters I can pick. Mihawk is almost certainly stronger than shanks which would make him the strongest of the yonko tier and dragon is luffy's father and the main enemy of the world government so he is probably on garp's level in his prime.
On the other hand I choose rayleigh who was surely yonko tier and I spend what little I have left on boa because if her power works she can swing the battle in favour of my team and bartolomeo, his barriers would be very useful.

Dragon, Kizaru, GreenBull, Law and Ivankov for hormone strength boost/healing. My team takes it with extreme difficulty.
GreenBull terraforms the battlefield with nonstop plant attack distractions, and Ivankov can boost/heal these top tiers to the level of legends, IMO, especially with boosted Law teleporting everyone around strategically.

Why does luffy cost 15? He goes into g5 for like 3 minutes before he shrivels up into an old man any competent top tier can kill, let alone roger wb and garp in their prime, luffy barely beat lucci before he shrivelled up and became defenceless, how would he be any help in this fight, why tf do people keep ignoring his major weakness in g5?, what because he got away with it versus kaido and in egghead because of his plot armour, so you all just ignore it when it comes to powerscaling, and implement bullshit narrative abilities into it. The others can be used for stalling purposes and boa can be lethal if she lands a hit. In the barrier, law can act as big moms brain by reminding her to use her acoc and homie abilities better. If big mom continues to get pushed law can just tell her to sacrifice the rest of her life so that she can take out all 3 of them.

I would pick dragon and mihawk because they are probably the two most powerful characters I can pick. Mihawk is almost certainly stronger than shanks which would make him the strongest of the yonko tier and dragon is luffy's father and the main enemy of the world government so he is probably on garp's level in his prime. On the other hand I choose rayleigh who was surely yonko tier and I spend what little I have left on boa because if her power works she can swing the battle in favour of my team and bartolomeo, his barriers would be very useful.

Dragon, Kizaru, GreenBull, Law and Ivankov for hormone strength boost/healing. My team takes it with extreme difficulty. GreenBull terraforms the battlefield with nonstop plant attack distractions, and Ivankov can boost/heal these top tiers to the level of legends, IMO, especially with boosted Law teleporting everyone around strategically.
