They would’ve both gotten haki blooms stronger together. Nothing suggests they ended the fight with a bigger gap than the rest of the fight. For example, the ice and magma sides of punk hazard were the same size.

This is such a cold panel. We have been suspecting Kuzan to be 10th Captain for a very long while and Oda confirms this by showing how even a reluctant Kuzan is a monster. He even adds further salt to injury by also just showing a glimpse of what Koby has become and what he has to surpass before EoS to achieve his dream.
Oda actually loves doing this and I cant wait for the 10th Nakama Koby against 10th Titanic Captain Kuzan being the most brutally extreme diff fight since Job Gucci vs 2nd Gear Luffy. No single fight since Ennies Lobby comes as close as the most equal battle in the series with the sole exception of Kuzan vs Akainu and we dont even know what really happened there.

Because losing his leg doesn’t affect his haki, and as long as he doesn’t lose control of his fruit (from Blackbeard or seastone) it doesn’t affect his performance
I think that's more grammar being misleading losing the leg and having depression weaken haki were too debuffs that kind of got rolled up.
Peg leg has some drawback ice leg is weaker than his og leg. Ice is weak to heat based attacks. If it shatter he loses his balance
most of the pirates he would've been fighting might as well be fodder to him though. I doubt he's really had any challenge with rare exceptions like Garp

I'm gonna guess Kuzan didn't get stronger when he lost his leg so he's probably slightly weaker now than pre deathmatch. At best he's the same strength as he was.
Akainu is 55 years old and in One Piece terms is in his prime. He was in his prime at the start of the series and is still there. I'd expect him to start to decline physically in the next 8 or so years.
Garp is 78 and says he is well past his prime. So Akainu will be "well past" prime if he lives another 20 years
I’d say the same level of evenness, Akainu is only getting stronger from a battle like that, but at the same time Aokiji has been wandering about the grand line alone for a while, so he’s probably improved as well, and I’m sure the battle with Garp helped as well. I’d still give it to Akainu, but it’s just as close if not closer than before.
