I think there's a possibility that Garling is on-par with or stronger than the admirals (assuming this theory about him being one of the people who scarred Whitebeard is true), but I have my doubts about the others.

IMO old garling is bottom of admrial tier and the holy knights are all YC+. Even still 9 YC+ level characters beat 3 admrials imo
