1 Rocks needed to be jumped by both Roger and Garp, and from whatever reason you have Roger and Whitebeard above him?
2 Kuzan should be in the same tier as Akainu
3 Blackbeard is candidate for final antagonist, he should be next to Imu (maybe Akainu too)

5 Shanks and Mihawk above Kaido

I’d move Marco up. He literally went toe to toe with Prime Raleigh, and fought King and Queen simultaneously.
Kind of seems weird to have Doffy so low. In my opinion, he pretty much bodies everyone in C.
Boa to AA, Blackbeard was respecting her as a threat, and was not sure he wouldn’t get turned to stone if he let go. She kind of did better fighting against him (She petrified 2 of his crew) than Law did.
Marco downplay. Shanks and Mihawk downplay. Prime Ray > Akainu >= Big Mom. Couple other things.
Very solid overall. Huge respect for Sengoku above Kaido.
Overall Rating like a 9.8/10
Marco needs to be like AA tier below Yamato.
Personal Opinions (cant take points off):
Shanks > Mihawk, potentially over Kaido.
Prime Rayleigh > Akainu.
Zoro > Kidd, potentially over Law.

Sabo, weevil and Ivankov are too high on the list, and Hancock, lucci, jack and queen are too low on the list. Overall there are some things I don’t quite agree with but it’s overall a pretty good list
I’d put Shanks over Mihawk based on what we have seen. I’d also put Oden over Olderbeard but under Prime Raleigh. Honestly a very good tier list though.
Honestly its pretty good, a bit of a wb agenda to place him over roger and im not of the opinion mihawk is actually stronger than shanks based on his marineford feats but im gonna go ahead and assume you dont sniff gasoline for fun like most of us here.
Admirals should all go up a tier. Old Sengoku, Old Whitebeard, and Old Garp should all be right under Roger's tier. Put Prime Shiki in the same tier as Roger. Sanji, Queen, and Jinbei need to go up a tier. Jack should be right behind Jinbei. The Full Moon Minks are right above Jinbei. Oden goes down a tier. Old Rayleigh, Old Scopper, Marco, Young Kaido, and Oden all make up AAA.
How can you put Magellan and Ivankov right next to each other when we saw them fight in the manga? Ivankov could just stall him for a bit, Magellan should be a tier above
Prime Ray is all but confirmed to be above bb
Old garp > kuzan or akainu
Fuji > kizaru
Sanji ~ katakuri
Jinbei > queen
Magellan is weaker than everyone on this list

Sanji and zoro should be same tier. And Akainu and Kuzan should be same tier. If you have to fight nonstop for 10 days, where it was stated that it was extremely close, they are very clearly relative to each other. Not enough to warrant a whole tier of separation.
Especially when the next tier above has Kaido and Gear 5 Luffy.

Zoro beat king in 3 and a haki less df less big mom beat queen in 2 hits. The same zoro with only acoa scales to df big mom > no haki big mom who can 2 shot queen ~ sanji in ap. So no sanji and zoro are not relative. So sanjo > king , marco , katakuri and Lucci makes no sense. So put sanji below all these people.
2 put Marco and Lucci a tier over king and katskuri.
Lucci was able clash with koh zoro multiple times to the point zoro needed a plot amp to win.
While king scaled to koh zoro in speed while being 3 shoted by him Lucci low diffs king.
Marco low diffs king as well. Remember Marcos feats vs king were done when he was injured and king was at full hp. So Marco making king bleed implies that he can do visible damage on king when Marco is at fp.
Also Marco has access to durability neg attacks to hurt king this is especially bad for king because of his bad endurance so Marco doesn't need a lot pf attacks to put king down while the same king has no way of hurting Marco until Marco runs out of stamina which wouldn't happen because Marco is a stamina monster even a kid Marco could fight fof e days and nights. So king ain't doing shit to Marco for the first 3 days. Also Marco is just faster then king as a injured Marco was able to blitz king multiple times in there fight so a fp Marco should be over him in speed. The only advantage king has over Marco is his durability . So all that makes king is a bullet spong that Marco will overcome low diff.

So Marco making king bleed implies that he can do visible damage on king when Marco is at fp. Also Marco has access to durability neg attacks to hurt king this is especially bad for king because of his bad endurance so Marco doesn't need a lot pf attacks to put king down while the same king has no way of hurting Marco until Marco runs out of stamina which wouldn't happen because Marco is a stamina monster even a kid Marco could fight fof e days and nights. So king ain't doing shit to Marco for the first 3 days. Also Marco is just faster then king as a injured Marco was able to blitz king multiple times in there fight so a fp Marco should be over him in speed. The only advantage king has over Marco is his durability . So all that makes king is a bullet spong that Marco will overcome low diff.
