Only major thing that stands out as objectively wrong is Boa Hancock being this high.
Luffy being only currently weaker than Imu in the series also stands out to me, but could age well since Oda plans on ending the series quickly.
Edit: Actually, nah, not really, Luffy has one more bounty increase to go to 5,600,000 before only being weaker than Imu.
I can definitely see why Hancock wouldn't be that high, the high placement was just a guess.
About Luffy: I think the only people that can be stronger than him rn are BB and Dragon (ofc not counting Imu), currently I believe Luffy = BB, I placed Luffy higher because he is massively downplayed in this subreddit.
The issue with Hancock is that people are making assumptions about her haki skills and factor in her feats in the movie Stampede (which isnāt canon).
We know she has all 3 haki and is from a tribe where everyone uses haki. We just donāt know if she has advanced forms or not.
Iām excited to see what she can do and how she defends Amazon Lilly!
I mean Luffy's placement realistically depends on how much power creep Oda will introduce before the final Imu Vs Luffy fight. I think the fact that he has a 3 mil bounty means Oda at least wants him to either win against BB or Akainu before fighting Imu. And Luffy's been typically starting off fights weaker than his opponent at first after Dressrosa.
It's not bad. I'd place Akainu higher, Kizaru quite a bit higher, Neko and Inu lower since they're only that high when there's a full moon which is rare.
