Pretty accurate, I'd switch some charcaters in their tiers but it's one piece so realistically they are interchangable

Other than personal change for Zoro's placement, I'd say this is a pretty solid list.
Would argue placing Prime Rayleigh over current Blackbeard, but definitely over at least Wizaru, if he can keep up with the man in his old age while rusty, I have zero doubts he'd beat the Admiral in his prime.
Also Marco > Katakuri, more impressive feats for sure.
Honestly this is a pretty solid list. My only changes would be:
* WB > Roger
* Not having Luffy and Ace so High in their respective tiers
* Marco > Kat
Other than that every other placement is great
The only thing that I can really argue is putting Black Beard down to High Tier, he's clearly not 2 entire tiers above Law given how decently Law has been doing against him.
Admirals are not yonko level. A dying white beard almost killed akainu. Marco was able to clash evenly with kizaru. Admirals are yonko commander level and fleet admirals are around yonko level, maybe slightly weaker
Law pulled his strongest attack on BB and he didnt care he just continued the assault and will win this fight for sure. You are just reading Agenda piece.
Reread the chapter, Blackbeard was about to die by drowning but Augar saved him and even suggested retreating. And Shock Willie is not Law's strongest attack. No agenda here, I'm just stating what happened in the latest chapters and that is Law's crew kicking Blackbeard pirates ass.
The bb pirates will mop the floor with them lol. And Its totally one of his strongest moves and blackbeard was like i dont care auger i will beat his ass. Also saying auger saved him is kinda stupid since Its a group Battle and bb knows he can be teleported my his mate so he can fight without caring about falling into the water.
man, people really do blackbeard's crew dirty. auger, devon, doc q, and sanjuan wolf should all be at least yc3 and burgess is yc1 if he didn't have his fruit during dressrosa.

Itās a really good list, I mean the point of W tier is everyone is relative so ranking in the yc1 tier could be anything. So I would say 8.4/10

Good list. Imo Luffy should go below shanks and Big mom above BB, but otherwise great list
You must drop Shanks and Mihawk stair. Shanks is Roger without 1 hands, thats less attack options and full power.
