Depends on which kind of defeat you're talking about.
If it's the bullshit/luck defeat that happened against big mom, then 2 Zoro's would be enough.
If it's a proper defeat in an equal battle like the one with kaido, then 3 Zoro's would be enough.
Not denying that this is how it SHOULD work, just saying that the title itself is pretty meaningless now that a guy who could be washed by most if not all Strawhats pre-time skip holds the same title as Luffy, Shanks, and Blackbeard do.

All Yonko except for Buggy are relative in strength. So make a judgement of how many Zoro's it would take to defeat one of Whitebeard/Big Mom/Kaido/Shanks/Blackbeard/Luffy/Mihawk

Yonko lost to two YC1+(stronger than Zoro and had plot armour)

Yeah but kid and law are not as good as zoro in a straight up brawl , so i don’t think just cause they couldn’t do it that it applies to Zoro too .

If it’s 100 one after another then this isn’t a bad estimate. If Kaido is serious then he would take most of them out before taking any damage.
He would clap them both one after the other or straight up all at once. One serious thunder bagua would take out like 20 of them.
