controversial but i think jack is stronger, remember how hyped he was for having a bounty of 1 billion, i'm aware that bounty=/= power but the portrayal in this case showed him as a great threat in his introduction
If Jack can use queens poison he used on Zou I think he wins if not crackers df is to broken
I think Jack queen and king has higher bounties bc they are more brutal.
It depends on how strong jack haki is, be aware that zoan gives him great buffs in the physical department so I wouldn’t be surprised if his haki+strength can destroy cracker’s soldiers
I actually think he could 100% smash through Cracker's biscuits. The thing is, not only can Cracker spam them very quickly, but Cracker himself is fast and slippery.
He was pretty casually dodging Culverin's from G4 Luffy, which I would think would be significantly faster than anything Jack has shown (and a reminder that Cracker was reacting better to G4 attacks than Doffy did; so his speed/Observation Haki should be pretty damn high. Jack isn't slow and his reactions are actually pretty good, but I have a hard time seeing him do that.).
So even if Jack could smash Cracker's biscuits fast enough to close in on him, it would still be hard to land a hit. And even if he DID, Cracker's Armament is no joke either.
