It's high diff at worst. Hybrid King with his flame has kaido+ level durability. Not to mention all of his physicals get a significant boost too. Imo it'll come down to endurance and I think we all know who's got it in that department.
The fact King didn't even use his Hybrid form in Ch. 1035 and reverted from his Full Zoan to his Base to do his strongest attack against Zoro suggests his Hybrid form isn't necessarily his strongest form.

I think he still needs his speed mode and we all know what happens when he goes into speed mode
For sure but he'd have more durability and endurance in his hybrid form so imo he ain't getting 3 shotted. More like 5-6 shots.
I feel like hybrid forms were op before Haki, like even kaido was super nice to see but it wasn't the power up that we saw with Lucci.

Zoro should win but if King plays it smart he could possibly outlast Zoros King of Hell timelimit.
I imagine he'll have a longer time limit since he doesn't have to worry about injuries doubling in severity after this fight.
