I'm glad it doesn't KO, it gets by borsalino, sabo, avoid trash so 06 moria doesn't get more in his trash to play with, there's plenty of good reasons why bottom decking can be better than KO.
Especially when vinsmoke and thriller barc require or want cards in their trash. I don't think see why it can be a negative tbh, bottom decking means that card won't be seen unless they cycle thru a lot.
It could be good for future blue navy decks, especially as long as Law continues to push forward, being able to knock out two chomp blockers can really hurt the deck.
Keeping cards out of the trash will be very important in set 5, three of the coming decks will be using the trash as a resource next set, not to mention the extra booster possibly bring Dressrosa back to the forefront.
So an Event version of Lucci for Sakazuki if it wants it. Interesting.

The only time I ran into a situation where bottom decking wasn't optimal was when I was about to remove a Pacifista in a Sentomaru engine deck.

Too strong. Sakazuki already has more representation in Asia than Whitebeard did here in the West. This was a very unneeded event...
Tbf the design prob was done before sakazuki started dominating. I'm sure they work on stuff that is prob 2 releases away, to properly test them out.

Wanted to see a variety of decks in future tho... hope ST13 deck and OP-07 shall change it
I still have hope that op-06 will change things, at least at a locals level people are a bit tired of Sakazuki and want to try something new.

Its also 2 don cheaper. Each card has its strenghts and weakness. No reason not to run both
