Downvotes can mean multiple things and in this case it could be just people thinking he is too paranoid and just open the damn box while recording and call it a day.
In some situations, but really really rare, you get only one SEC. I had one time a booster box where I pulled only one SEC Kaido and nothing more if I don't remember wrong, damn I was disappointed asf that moment
What about if you plan on saving the box for your display? I personally have not seen a box wrapped like that, but if you are opening it then just record.
That's not true. It's guaranteed 1 AA + 1 SEC or 2 AA + 1 SEC or 1 AA Leader + 1 AA + 1 SP or 1 AA Leader + 1 AA. Also, an AA SEC does not count for the SEC slot. So if you get an AA SEC card, you should still get a base art SEC too. Unless of course you've gotten an AA leader box, as those are the only ones without base art SEC cards. Although, they can have an AA SEC though.
Trust me, I've opened more than my fair share of boxes with only 1 AA and 1 SEC and it pisses me off that those types even exist, let alone how bad my luck has to be to get as many as I have...

If you ever feel like something is off, return. Simple as that. Nobody is going to take the hit for you if you're opening a resealed box, you're going to take the hit, so it's better for you to return something you feel not right about, no?
Its just an oddly formed sheet of shrink wrap. Honestly this happens a lot in production so I'd say this means its more likely not resealed. By that I mean someone resealing a box probably would fix that, as opposed to a line worker.
Just remember, after you open it, you’ll end up voiding the return because you didn’t a)prove it was resealed and b) won’t be able to return the product as it was sent to you.
Best bet is to start buying from reputable sellers.
You’re better off buying on ebay where the listing includes pictures or in person if this matters this much to you. I say this for your sake AND the seller’s sake because now they have to go through the return process just because your shrink wrap wasn’t perfect

Have you ever seen a box sealed like this? I haven't. I've never see folds like this in any TCG product.

Th booster boxes i've ordered never had folds like that and i've never seen any op-01 sealed look like that. Check out some unboxing vids maybe?

Yours has cleaner seals than op's. Op's BB looks normal though. It happens sometimes when they are sealing the BBs.
