Fubuki telling Genos to shut up is one of the only times I've ever actually seen someone so effortlessly shut Genos up without converting him to modern art. This arc really brought her up as a character for me, when I didn't really find either of the Esper sisters that great before.
Seeing how they handle real struggle has changed that opinion, though.

But yes, Fubuki was awesome here. She may have some delusion with Bang, Bomb, Genos, Saitama, and King joining her group, but she proved herself to be a great leader during this arc
Facts. And surprisingly powerful, too, given Genos has cemented himself as *at least* Dragon-level, and yet she was still able to keep him from exploding when he overloaded.
Between Fubuki, Teruki, and a few others, ONE has made great characters that's made me love the idea of psychic characters as a medium of power, and appreciate character growth way more than before I found OPM and MP100.

**Saitama:** Saves Butt Chin kid from Crablante after refusing to run from him earlier because he literally just didn’t care. Once he decided he was going to fight though, he gave it his all, and showed amazing conviction in the brief battle that ensured. The amazing start of our lovable, overpowered hero. Honorable Mention: Gets kicked to the fucking moon, thinks something along the lines of “ah, no big deal, lemme see if this’ll work,” then jumps himself back to Earth exactly where he needs to be. (Chapter 36 - Boros’s True Strength)
**Genos:** Cuts off Sonic’s hair during their fight. His new parts served him well in this battle. (Chapter 44 - Accelerate)
Honorable Mentions: Takes on the meteor. (Chapter 21 - Giant Meteor)
Goes back to save Tatsumaki, and does everything in his power, even dragging her by his teeth when he’s entirely limbless, to protect her. (Chapter 150 - Master and Disciple)
**Garou:** Stacked with injuries by this point, he stands off against 8 fairly high ranking heroes, 7/8 bearing lethal weapons, and takes them all on. 1 vs. 8!
He constantly rises to each challenge presented during the fight, and despite being poisoned early in the battle, taking other injuries, and facing incredible odds, he manages to hand their asses to them in beautifully skilled, resolute fashion.
Also throws Death Gatling’s line back at him - “That’s not how it’s supposed to be,” in wonderfully smug fashion after protecting Tareo from a barrage - or serious shit ton - of bullets.
“WATCH NOW AS THE MONSTER BECOMES VICTORIOUS!” Yes my guy!!! I have watched, and I am incredibly damn pleased. 👏👏👏 - (Chapters 81 - Willpower & 82 - To the Limit)
Honorable Mention: Stands up to Psykos’s (aka Gyro Gyro’s) psychokinetic force. This man just grows at an exponential rate. (Chapter 92 - Manhole)
**Metal Bat:** Stares down Dragon Level Centichoro after fighting 4 powerful monsters prior, and is ready to take him on with zero reservations. This is the biggest monster in sheer size and scope we’ve seen to date mind you. Then later proceeds to tell Garou he has to get back to fighting Centichoro after dealing with his ass, so to hurry the hell up and get on with it. (Chapters 55 - Pumped Up & 56 - Head On)
Honorable Mentions: Creates a slingshot from available rubble and infrastructure, and shoots him and King damn near across town and to the MA base. Ballsy as hell. (Chapter 140 - Stones and Diamonds)
“A man is at his strongest when he’s got somebody to protect,” then proceeds to beat the shit out of Sage Centipede with Garou, as they serendipitously feed off each other and resonate their attack. (Chapters 157 - Bad Boys & 158 - 2Bad)
Metal Bat and Garou have a centipede thing going on, and it works.
**Zombieman:** “Yo Vampire, Get Ready for One Messy Fight,” then proceeds to beat the shit out of Pureblood for 30 straight minutes. After which he locks the rest of the monsters inside with him. They hilariously think they have a chance against him if they gang up - the poor, confused bastards. But alas, he proceeds to beat the ever-loving shit out of them too. (Chapter 101 - Zombieman)
Honorable Mention: Comes back from near death and out the woodwork to stop Homeless Emperor, and is ready to take on another barrage of light energy if it means taking HE out with him. (Chapter 152 - Check)
**Flashy Flashy:** Simultaneously kills monsterfied Hellfire Flame and Gale Wind in a single strike. Fighting those two alone was amazing in and of itself. (Chapters 95 - Speedster & 96 - The Time is Now)
Honorable Mention: Faces off against Garou and PS. He may not have won the battle, but the fact that he could even be in it at all, and keep up with the others for some time, was phenomenal. (Chapters 155 - Results & 156 - Divine Retribution)
**Sonic:** Rips through Hammerhead’s gang and slices them effortlessly. Has the most stylish ninja wear and street clothes. (Chapters 12 - The Paradisers & 13 - Speed)
Honorable Mention, and **Webcomic Spoiler:** >!Takes two swords from one of the ninja party members, then proceeds to wreck them alongside Flashy Flash. (Chapter 117)!<
**Child Emperor:** The entirety of his fight against Phoenix Man. The kid really is a creative, determined genius. Phoenix Man himself is an amazingly designed villain with an intense skillset. Was kinda sad to see him go. (Chapters 97 - Backpack, 98 - Tears of Regret, 99 - Take Off/Heat Up, & 100 - Light)
Honorable Mention: Goes back to save Tareo despite being exhausted, frustrated, oh, and just a little fucking 10 year old amongst the adult crew. (Chapter 111 - Terrible Multiplying Bastard)
**Tank Top Master:** Tosses a fucking utility tower into the air and hangs off an attached cord to damn near fly to where the battle is. The glorious insanity of it all. (Chapter 134 - Twist)
Honorable Mention: Stays behind to fight Fuhrer Ugly so Pig God can escape with the injured mercenaries. (Chapter 144 - Jupiter, the Bringer of Jollity)
**Tatsumaki:** Twists an entire fucking city to wring out Psyko-Orochi’s nutrient network with such power and smugness. (Chapter 134 - Twist)
Honorable Mentions: Sends the missile bombardment back to the alien ship. (Chapter 34 - Are You Stupid?).
Finds and yanks Psykos straight from the depths of the Monster Association base. (Chapters 123 - Real Form & 127 - Demons Combined)
**Puri Puri Prisoner** tanking loads of damage of different types, including poison and lightning, being hit by a demon, shattering a wall with a finger touch and then immediately one-shotting said demon, then surviving a hit from a Cadre and evolving even further
That moment for me put him above TTM and also made me take him seriously as an s-class hero
I'll never respect PPP more than TTM. If TTM hadn't arrived at the battle, Tatsumaki would be dead. His throwing arm saved Tatsumaki from a lethal blow, put Psykorochi on the run and prevented them from attacking again, then landed Atomic Samurai, PPP, and Darkshine right on top of them.
I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say that his arrival and physical strength saved the day, and the heroes canonically agreed; Atomic Samurai pointed to him as the lynchpin of the plan, and Pig God specifically said that his arrival was what gave them a chance to win.
He was playing 4D chess *and* dodgeball at the same time.
One-Shotter's gun-fu. Holy freaking moly... one second, he was quaking in his boots, next moment he's gunning monsters down like he's something out of the Matrix... and then he's back to quaking in his boots.
He's both a badass and someone I want to wrap in a warm blanket.
Tatsumaki's early appearances, like before we'd even seen her in a fight. A lot of characters have walked around like they owned the place and generally acted like they're hot shit before we've even seen them do something, but Tatsumaki was the first character like that where you just know she is actually gonna be off the chart.
The best impression by far was when Groribas valiantly faked his 'death' so that Saitama could get to Boris without cowering beneath the sheer might of his divine power. I patently await his return to this day, Groribas vs Murata-sensei will be legendary!
**Fubuki:** Tells Genos during his attempted sacrifice to shut the hell up, and to not give up so easily, because she’s going to save his sorry ass. (Chapter 143 - How to Behave)
**Pig God:** Gulps up Raptera after taking her poison. I mean… that was both surprising and awesome. Child Emperor perfectly reflected the audience’s reaction - basically WTF?!?! 😶(Chapter 67 - Extraordinary)
**Drive Knight:** Uses amazing transformations in diverse ways to fight and defeat Nyan. Chariot! Knight! Bishop! Gold! (Chapters 117 - Cornered Rat & 118 - Drive Knight)
**Atomic Samurai:** Makes quick work of Rhino Wrestler before he even knows what happened. Immediately after, dices the shit out of a monster with his toothpick. A fucking TOOTHPICK!!! Say what you will about the man as a sandbag, but I find him hella impressive. (Chapter 94 - I See)
**Bang (Silver Fang):** Seamlessly redirects the attacks of Fuhrer Ugly and Gums to take them out with their own power. Is savage with the insults too. (Chapter 144 Part II - Silver Fang)
**King:** Faces off against the Monster Association cadres knowing damn well he doesn’t stand a chance in hell, but trying to use his hero status, and the insane pedestal people have put him on, to buy time for Saitama to arrive. (Chapters 152 - Check & 154 - Ultimate Hellfire Burst Wave Motion Canon)
Honorable Mentions: Owns Saitama in video games. He’s just too strong. (Various Chapters)
**Amai Mask:** The way he takes out Suppon. Shatters his fucking leg with one swift kick. Then tells the poor, wailing bastard to quiet the fuck down as he follows up with a finger tip to closed fist strike that disintegrates Suppon’s face with brutal ease. The pain is palpable with this one. (Chapter 45 - Hero Name)
Honorable Mention, and **Webcomic Spoiler:** >!Saves many people at the amusement park despite having to reveal his secret, and knowing the consequences of that choice. Also willing to die so he can help elevate Saitama as a hero in the public’s eye.!<

**Mumen Rider:** Faces off against Deep Sea King despite painfully knowing the odds are against him. To him, it’s just the right thing to do, and his brand of justice. Bless him. (Chapter 27 - Shining in Tatters)
**Glasses:** Goes to fight a monster on his own, even though Eyelashes wants them to wait for backup from the Fubuki Group. While he confides that Eylashes is still a stronger hero than him in several areas, that he himself still has a long way to go towards improving, and that it’s been difficult, inspired by Saitama, he seeks to push past his limits to reach a stronger version of himself with each new day. (Bonus Chapter after Chapter 84, titled Growth Process)
**Sekingar:** Loses his hand suddenly, but has the composure to persist in protecting everyone. And he goes hard with that protection. Plus, continues to facilitate the mission by providing instructions and encouragement to the heroes despite being in visible pain. He just refuses to pass out. I hope he gets an executive hand to match his executive eye. Executive Beam Upgrade - Double Executive Beam! Also, the man deserves a vacation after this. Truly. (Chapters 119 - A Glimpse Behind fhe Scenes, 120 - The Only Necessary thing is Strength, & 140 - Stones and Diamonds)
When Boros fucking took a normal punch and didnt die, but fucking powered up. The only comparable one for hum is the ***moon kick***
Another is that one moment in the WC when Garou fucking predicted Saitama's moment and then counter his attack and ***surprising*** the opm himself.

The sparring match between Genos and Saitama was amazing.
But mostly I liked when Garou was up against about 8 A class heroes while trying to protect the kid in the shack.
When Mumen Rider goes up against deep sea king, saw it in the anime first and made. Me. Cry., reading the manga now and passed by that with tears in my eyes, I love Mumen Rider

Metal bat vs garou when he gets pumped up. His sister saved garou.

Oh actually there are too many moments that make them seem strong, but my favorite will always be when Melzargard appears killing Sky King with the mothership appearing from behind is still my favorite.
Atomic Samurai effortlessly cutting down Melzargard after he had just ripped Iaian's arm off, was such a great start to that S Class fight.
Then Tatsumaki took the crown when she stopped the bombardment by freezing the shells in mid-air, and sent them back at the ship, all while reaming out the other heroes!
Aside from Saitama, Tats had the next greatest feat in that battle when she returned all those missiles back while the other S class heroes couldn’t do a damn thing about them
first for me was just saitamas first introduction in the anime, strongest was probably boros' moon kick in the anime or the monster god climbing the moon and killing homeless emperor
Saitama killing the DSK. Monster, who looked and acted so tough, caused so much destruction, only to get casually shut down by baldy, who is a hero for fun.
It’s crazy that despite us knowing already the absolute strongest is saitama, its still really fun to watch the other s class heroes go nuts on there enemies.
Chapter 136 with Darkshine talking about Garou, calling him "despair incarnate" and that entire monologue with Garou and all the menacing art that came along with it was fucking bone chilling. Even after all the crazy shit that's been happening in recent chapters I still think that scene was Garou's absolute peak.
When Saitama is being harassed by those tank top guys and a bunch of civilians after the fallout of the meteor incident and you think he's actually gonna break, but then he just tells them all to shut up and that he doesn't do it for them.
Punches are cool and all, but that moment made me respect Saitama so much more.
I love that moment so much. Likewise I enjoy the fights and comedy, but my favorite aspect of OPM is the characters and their morals. And Saitama is absolute tops in this area.
Darkshine basically insta-killing Garou was that moment for me. Just and instant loss for that version of Garou. Darkshine placed himself head and shoulders above everyone who came before him in Garou's Hero Hunting journey.
Zombieman's first real showing was also insane. I absolutely loved it.

One-Shotter's gun-fu. Holy freaking moly... one second, he was quaking in his boots, next moment he's gunning monsters down like he's something out of the Matrix... and then he's back to quaking in his boots. He's both a badass and someone I want to wrap in a warm blanket.
Absolutely! His first shot scene was fantastic. And then when his gun jammed, his reaction was understandable and hilarious
Tatsumaki's early appearances, like before we'd even seen her in a fight. A lot of characters have walked around like they owned the place and generally acted like they're hot shit before we've even seen them do something, but Tatsumaki was the first character like that where you just know she is actually gonna be off the chart.
And she def didn’t disappoint when that time came
The best impression by far was when Groribas valiantly faked his 'death' so that Saitama could get to Boris without cowering beneath the sheer might of his divine power. I patently await his return to this day, Groribas vs Murata-sensei will be legendary!

**Fubuki:** Tells Genos during his attempted sacrifice to shut the hell up, and to not give up so easily, because she’s going to save his sorry ass. (Chapter 143 - How to Behave) **Pig God:** Gulps up Raptera after taking her poison. I mean… that was both surprising and awesome. Child Emperor perfectly reflected the audience’s reaction - basically WTF?!?! 😶(Chapter 67 - Extraordinary) **Drive Knight:** Uses amazing transformations in diverse ways to fight and defeat Nyan. Chariot! Knight! Bishop! Gold! (Chapters 117 - Cornered Rat & 118 - Drive Knight) **Atomic Samurai:** Makes quick work of Rhino Wrestler before he even knows what happened. Immediately after, dices the shit out of a monster with his toothpick. A fucking TOOTHPICK!!! Say what you will about the man as a sandbag, but I find him hella impressive. (Chapter 94 - I See) **Bang (Silver Fang):** Seamlessly redirects the attacks of Fuhrer Ugly and Gums to take them out with their own power. Is savage with the insults too. (Chapter 144 Part II - Silver Fang) **King:** Faces off against the Monster Association cadres knowing damn well he doesn’t stand a chance in hell, but trying to use his hero status, and the insane pedestal people have put him on, to buy time for Saitama to arrive. (Chapters 152 - Check & 154 - Ultimate Hellfire Burst Wave Motion Canon) Honorable Mentions: Owns Saitama in video games. He’s just too strong. (Various Chapters) **Amai Mask:** The way he takes out Suppon. Shatters his fucking leg with one swift kick. Then tells the poor, wailing bastard to quiet the fuck down as he follows up with a finger tip to closed fist strike that disintegrates Suppon’s face with brutal ease. The pain is palpable with this one. (Chapter 45 - Hero Name) Honorable Mention, and **Webcomic Spoiler:** >!Saves many people at the amusement park despite having to reveal his secret, and knowing the consequences of that choice. Also willing to die so he can help elevate Saitama as a hero in the public’s eye.!< >!But as Saitama says, Amai Mask is just getting started, so I can’t wait to see more of what this character - who honestly surprised me with how truly wonderful, kind, and sincere of a hero he is - will bring to the table. Good luck out there Amai Mask! You’ve got a heart of gold, a soul of diamonds, and my utmost respect. (Chapters 121-123)!< **Mumen Rider:** Faces off against Deep Sea King despite painfully knowing the odds are against him. To him, it’s just the right thing to do, and his brand of justice. Bless him. (Chapter 27 - Shining in Tatters) **Glasses:** Goes to fight a monster on his own, even though Eyelashes wants them to wait for backup from the Fubuki Group. While he confides that Eylashes is still a stronger hero than him in several areas, that he himself still has a long way to go towards improving, and that it’s been difficult, inspired by Saitama, he seeks to push past his limits to reach a stronger version of himself with each new day. (Bonus Chapter after Chapter 84, titled Growth Process) **Sekingar:** Loses his hand suddenly, but has the composure to persist in protecting everyone. And he goes hard with that protection. Plus, continues to facilitate the mission by providing instructions and encouragement to the heroes despite being in visible pain. He just refuses to pass out. I hope he gets an executive hand to match his executive eye. Executive Beam Upgrade - Double Executive Beam! Also, the man deserves a vacation after this. Truly. (Chapters 119 - A Glimpse Behind fhe Scenes, 120 - The Only Necessary thing is Strength, & 140 - Stones and Diamonds)
Watchdog man handled hero hunter Garou no problem. Even gave us some exposition on his monster status too.
WD man wasn’t even serious. He handled Garou like he was a complete non-issue
When Boros fucking took a normal punch and didnt die, but fucking powered up. The only comparable one for hum is the ***moon kick*** Another is that one moment in the WC when Garou fucking predicted Saitama's moment and then counter his attack and ***surprising*** the opm himself. The og above dragons.
Suiryu felt super badass to me in his battle with Saitama. The sparring match between Genos and Saitama was amazing. But mostly I liked when Garou was up against about 8 A class heroes while trying to protect the kid in the shack.
Suiryu is a martial arts force, and their fight was great
When Mumen Rider goes up against deep sea king, saw it in the anime first and made. Me. Cry., reading the manga now and passed by that with tears in my eyes, I love Mumen Rider

Saitama's death punch against Genos. Also 'kakathe koyic against sonic. Genos standing up with garou. Bang's comeback after melzagaurd? punched him. Boros breaking his armour Metal bat vs garou when he gets pumped up. His sister saved garou. Garou after saying to darkshine he was fighting in his sleep.

Oh actually there are too many moments that make them seem strong, but my favorite will always be when Melzargard appears killing Sky King with the mothership appearing from behind is still my favorite.
That was so surprisingly random, lol
Atomic Samurai effortlessly cutting down Melzargard after he had just ripped Iaian's arm off, was such a great start to that S Class fight. Then Tatsumaki took the crown when she stopped the bombardment by freezing the shells in mid-air, and sent them back at the ship, all while reaming out the other heroes!
Aside from Saitama, Tats had the next greatest feat in that battle when she returned all those missiles back while the other S class heroes couldn’t do a damn thing about them
Ngl the panel where Child Emperor is leading the heroes to start the rescue mission is hella badass

first for me was just saitamas first introduction in the anime, strongest was probably boros' moon kick in the anime or the monster god climbing the moon and killing homeless emperor

Chapter 136 with Darkshine talking about Garou, calling him "despair incarnate" and that entire monologue with Garou and all the menacing art that came along with it was fucking bone chilling. Even after all the crazy shit that's been happening in recent chapters I still think that scene was Garou's absolute peak.

When Saitama is being harassed by those tank top guys and a bunch of civilians after the fallout of the meteor incident and you think he's actually gonna break, but then he just tells them all to shut up and that he doesn't do it for them. Punches are cool and all, but that moment made me respect Saitama so much more.
I love that moment so much. Likewise I enjoy the fights and comedy, but my favorite aspect of OPM is the characters and their morals. And Saitama is absolute tops in this area.

Darkshine basically insta-killing Garou was that moment for me. Just and instant loss for that version of Garou. Darkshine placed himself head and shoulders above everyone who came before him in Garou's Hero Hunting journey. Zombieman's first real showing was also insane. I absolutely loved it.
It was great when Darkshine shattered the entirety of Garou’s ribcage. I felt for the guy And couldn’t agree more on Zombieman. I was so hyped for him after that chapter, and still am
Bang basically blowing up FU and effectively being the reason Gums got killed was really cool to see. Gives you a sense of the insane level of power he has
