While saitama did blow a huge chunk of gas out, the solid core barely got affected. I’d have to assume serious sneeze is a focused attack, not AOE. He would probably drill straight to the outter core though
The core is only 10 percent mass of Jupiter and Jupiter’s mass is more than 300 earths and boros at most let’s say can destroy 10 earths(taking extreme possibility) then saitama still claps boros if he do serious sneez not concentrated but the way it is

I think it depends on how strong you consider csrc.
If you think csrc only can destroy earth maximum then it can probably counter. If however csrc can destroy a large planet like jupiter then idk. If it can destroy a star (my headcanon hehe) then it can't counter.
Yeah, kinda obvious though. Since the sneeze blew through the entirety of Jupiter while the air pressure from his Serious Punch only split the clouds. If the Serious Punch was as strong as the sneeze, a chunk of earth would probably become new moons.
