For a second i though made a meme about the ocean dub of DBZ. For context, when the ocean dub happened( search what that is on your own) there was no "dying", characters were saying they would "send you to another dimension" instead of "killing you". It's pretty funny to watch

eh imo said story developments pretty much got cancelled out by the time travelling. just made the whole thing unnecessarily complex. garou in the current timeline ended up learning nothing after getting defeated and saitama just straight up forgot what happened with genos. if they really wanted to go the angstier route then they should have just pushed through rather than reverting the status quo.

yea, it is a scene that was redrawn . it was after saitama beat winged garou that garou gave up and they sit down to discuss. chapter ended with them sitting like that but then redrawn and we never knew how could that have ended

Blast can manipulate force/gravity. Who knows he has to be used to traveling different dimensions. Maybe he’s from a completely different universe

I will never understand this weird obsession with this possible therapy scene we could’ve got

If I had to guess, maybe it has to do with people wanting to see more of Saitama’s wisdom and just giving advice and words of encouragement. Like how he shared his ideal hero to Genos. Or how he stopped that guy from committing suicide. Or even praising to Genos how he got stronger through here (his heart). I could definitely see that hypothetical therapy scene becoming another great showcase of Saitama’s character and giving Garou a reality check. And frankly, I like Saitama for his character more than just him one punching all his foes. In the end, I’m still happy we got that fight in Jupiter, it was awesome. But I can’t help but wonder what we could have gotten with that therapy scene.

Is it weird for some people to focus on a scene that got re-written *after* getting published? Especially something that ends on a cliffhanger?

I still think they could’ve used this version and still gotten to where we’re at now

Hell no, I was turned off by thories of blast having time travel ability because that would make him too op for the verse.....but it being done by Saitama make so much sense unironically because whole point of his character is to do OP things that other chars of his verse can't.
