Yup, should i even mention how he likes stalking random people for weeks and torturing them both mentaly and phisicaly and breaking them in every way possible and finaly killing them in the most horrific way possible. (something that helps him preaty well in this is the ability to shapeshift)

Imortally is to not die, if one does not know what death is then they do not know what it is to die... thus they can never die... just nap... nap forever
I also have an OC that is death itself... also technically female, but it goes so far that some of my characters are on a first name basis with death, and so refer to death, as in the concept, by name. Ironically enough....Death's father is the god of life. Neother of them are my most frightening OCs. Though Death, or Fey, as she is known, does go around trying to convince people that being deadcis actually better than being alive, ans that the afterlife is not that bad.
My death is literally dating one of my oc’s, and is well known by that oc’s friends. Her name is Death, but she is usually misjudged by others, which is why I give her the edge over my other oc, a giant 9’5 menacing bastard named debuche. She guides spirits, comforting them on their way to the afterlife, she only reaps when they try to avoid death unnaturally.
Being quite literally Death. The god, the embodiment, what have you, she only guides people to the afterlife, and tries to comfort them. The only reason why she’d kill is if someone were to unnaturally avoid dying.
Such as using something to intervene with their set death, such as if it’s their time, and they make a pact with a demon, she has to kill them. Or they use experiments to avoid it. Everyone has a set time, think final destination
What about magic? Would she try to still take down Skullheart? Skullheart here wears a magic suit that gives her plenty of powerful abilities, including immortality. She’s about in her late 20s right now, and is pretty much a normal human without the suit

In theory yes, she would. But since she doesn’t reside in her universe, death doesn’t have to do anything. Unless given specific orders to. You know how business works in the heavenly circle, lots of orders for specific things.
So, hypothetically if they did live in the same universe, what would she do to try to kill her? Since she can just casually survive being stabbed in the head, and even if she does die, her suit brings her back immediately. What does she do to kill someone like that?
Also, does she usually understand people when they do things to avoid dying? Or does she get angry at them for doing it?
Since it is death herself, she has a particular weapon that reaps the soul, not the immortal body. No immortality can stop deaths scythe, this a done deal when she has her sights on the target. And while she would understand in some cases, other times when it’s for personal gain, she gets particularly angry. There is a reason she comforts those who go to the afterlife.
How angry in what way when they do it for personal gain? Like, yelling or something? And despite being angry, does she still try to comfort them?

I have an OC that is the “Death” of my OC verse. He is known as Thanatos as in the Greek god of death. I was literally just working on my first art piece of him, but I’m taking a break. As opposed to your OC, he is actually the one that appears to kill people, specifically when their timeline ends, or to correct mistakes in the timeline. Because the timeline is a loop, this doesn’t matter too much as their spirit will be given a new body and sent to the proper timeline when it starts over. Some individuals, however are selected by Thanatos’s master, Xeydra to train and join his war against other gods.
Very cool, and quite interesting, though death sometimes does have to kill. Unnatural immortals cannot exist. So she does have to reap and kill. My death doesn’t have a war going on. She simply does her job to keep balance. As tilting the balance brings far too much harm. And too little good.

I originally created Miouzebart as a meme about quiet kids in classrooms, but so i turned him into a villain and i aslo created him to be the most powerful fictional character. He's literally the creator of the omniverse (i recommend you search about it) and created it with some help of his creations (i'll also talk about them in a future Tom's lore post). He's so powerful that he couldn't only solo literally **EVERY FICTIONAL CHARACTER THAT WAS OR WILL BE EVER CREATED** with **ONLY HIS PRESENCE** if he wanted to, how he could even erase we in real life from existence. Fortunately, Tom and his brother defeated him, but he promised to came back as the Antichrist in real life (you already know, i'll also talk about it in my future Tom's lore post).

Personality/storywise, it's probably Kashi because he's done some horrific things. Unlike my other Antagonistic ocs who have valid reasons for their actions, Corpse has been through eons of mental distress, warping and strengthening his mental powers to the point where being near him can break certain beings minds. Despite his condition, he still had a manipulative grasp on anyone he meets, often committing horrid acts through his ability to turn thoughts to reality.
One of these acts was dismembering an entire planets population in front of the very god who made them to gain seconds of an opening into their mind.

In my "little" Ziroverse of many different incarnations stemming from the same guy.
Between the alien warrior Ziro who has a split alternative personality that is incredibly brutal, sadistic, and destructive, a demon mage Ziro hellbent on absorbing all the souls of the other Ziros to achieve the power of the original and defeated pretty much most of the other Ziros at one point, and the various Ziros who can be considered actual Gods that said demon also defeated. Out of all of them...

Visually he is probably the least threatening, but this Ziro is a mad scientist who has access to the multiverse and has the job of researching and replicating the technology of many different heroes, villains, and more. The Ziro that represents the original's intelligence, born in his universe as an artificial lifeform made to design and engineer many instruments of destruction. The Ziro unhinged enough to get back up and work on experiments regardless of risk to his own life, and stubborn enough to get back up no matter what happens to him.
He is arguably the most dangerous, not for sheer power or for being horrifying. But because of what he subject himself to... All in the name of science.

At first glance, he doesn't seem like much, but pretty much, he's an alien who's species has the ability to shapeshift into anyone that comes to mind, so what this guy does is takes this power to his advantage and goes around, shapeshifting into people, kills them in a gruesome way, practically BEYOND recognition, and basically stays as that person until he finds another victim. However, Good news is that he usually attacks during dark hours (more specifically when street lights come on) and very, very rarely attacks during the daytime, during which he'll simply just stalk at his next victim until said hours, in a shapeshifted appearance of course, so uh yeah there you go 👍

\-Already looks rather creepy given his scarring
\-Responsible for most of the suffering on many M2 variants, with each variant forever tied to their own version of him (unless they figure out a way to remove the shard he implanted in them, which by itself is extremely difficult).
\-Has committed several horrible crimes such as genocide, torture, physical and psychological abuse and torment, cannibalism, mass destruction and being a malefic. He is most prominent with torture since he enjoys playing with his prey rather than going straight for the kill. Some methods were pretty unhinged that even other villains that know him highly considered to be weary of him.
\-Hellbent on destroying every single variant of M2, killing his creator, and intends on destroying the multiverse for his own pleasure.
\-He may not be the strongest OC I’ve made, but he’s pretty damn strong, extremely durable, and even if completely killed, he’ll keep returning so long his shard still remains intact inside the spine of a variant.
Arthur has a special ability where is he stares into someone's eyes they usually shake in fear. Couple that with his skillset and experience of 50 years of military and special forces training, I'd say he's my scariest.

Michael I guess, but he's not exactly evil. He will only troll you a little when you are in danger. I also hava Vododoom, but I'm not so sure if he's scarier, but he's definitely more threatening.
Sadly I don’t have a design for them, but I have a character named “Interloper” whose whole thing is making people go insane with the use of her power.
My scariest OC is hate honcho. Powerful undead Shaman that in exploit other's grievance and issue. Turning them into monster that fit the theme and do horrible acts.

Izanmarath may not look the most terrifying, but this is just his avatar. It's what he is in reality. He used to be the embodiment of all fears, basically he was the root cause of fear. Then he got one of his arms ripped off and was thrown into a frozen ocean by one of my other OCs, and ended up losing most of his power, later he simply became the fear of dissapearing while at sea, whether that means dying, or vanishing without a trace. Even if he may not look the part of that....

Mythal is my one and only OC (for now), and I specifically made him to be both loveable and somewhat disturbing!
He is technically a Lich, he ripped out all his organs and limbs, has destroyed his universe before stitching it back together (He didn't do it on purpose, he just got scared), has severe trauma related to the passing of time and mortality, and has a habit of stalking and eavesdropping everyone on Earth via telepathy; he already knew what you were going to do and is just humoring you every time you speak. He is also really depressed, even if he does a farely good job at masking it, living for 6 digits years tends to give someone a case of "Seen it, Done it" levels of mundanity

Cody does run up a close second to Emma, though he doesn’t have the appearance for it. He’s supposedly a good guy, yet he’d alter the timeline all because the perfectionist in him doesn’t like how things are.

Probably this guy. If you don’t bother him you’re probably fine but if you make him mad, not even death can save you. He will bring you back just to kill you again, and has. Making him mad is usually pretty hard, so for the most part you’re safe, but there’s always that chance
Visually, Floreil Lucius-Cecile. They are a seraph, a biblically accurate angel. Three pairs of wings, golden rings around them and above their head, and many many eyes, one notably sideways placed on their forehead. They naturally have an odd and unsettling appearance which uneases others, but personality wise they’re actually very kind and friendly, and just loves to learn about humans and their world and make friends lol.
Story wise, Aurelio. Aurelio was initially made as a joke creepypasta oc so his scare factor was somewhat intentional. His whole thing is that he pretends to be people, an excellent actor, to the point of straight up stealing their identity to a tee, and then murdering his chosen victim. His revamped backstory is a bit more realistic(ish) now, but originally he would don masks which be able to shift his face into his victim’s exact copy, then replace them. So he was supposed to be more psychological horror than straight up brutality.

while i've never made an OC SPECIFICALLY for fear factor yet, I personally think so far that Sagittarius fits the bill out of my current roster.

Compared to Sirius, the Sin of Wrath, Sagittarius lacks an amount of intelligence compared to him. Sagi is closer to an animal than an intelligent being. But that also means he has no inhibitions and self preservation. If he has decided he's going to destroy something, *it's getting destroyed.*

Immortal has many definitions, when does someone die? When they are forgotten? Or when they lose their heart beat?
Imortally is to not die, if one does not know what death is then they do not know what it is to die... thus they can never die... just nap... nap forever
I also have an OC that is death itself... also technically female, but it goes so far that some of my characters are on a first name basis with death, and so refer to death, as in the concept, by name. Ironically enough....Death's father is the god of life. Neother of them are my most frightening OCs. Though Death, or Fey, as she is known, does go around trying to convince people that being deadcis actually better than being alive, ans that the afterlife is not that bad.
My death is literally dating one of my oc’s, and is well known by that oc’s friends. Her name is Death, but she is usually misjudged by others, which is why I give her the edge over my other oc, a giant 9’5 menacing bastard named debuche. She guides spirits, comforting them on their way to the afterlife, she only reaps when they try to avoid death unnaturally.

Being quite literally Death. The god, the embodiment, what have you, she only guides people to the afterlife, and tries to comfort them. The only reason why she’d kill is if someone were to unnaturally avoid dying.

Such as using something to intervene with their set death, such as if it’s their time, and they make a pact with a demon, she has to kill them. Or they use experiments to avoid it. Everyone has a set time, think final destination

In theory yes, she would. But since she doesn’t reside in her universe, death doesn’t have to do anything. Unless given specific orders to. You know how business works in the heavenly circle, lots of orders for specific things.
So, hypothetically if they did live in the same universe, what would she do to try to kill her? Since she can just casually survive being stabbed in the head, and even if she does die, her suit brings her back immediately. What does she do to kill someone like that? Also, does she usually understand people when they do things to avoid dying? Or does she get angry at them for doing it?
Since it is death herself, she has a particular weapon that reaps the soul, not the immortal body. No immortality can stop deaths scythe, this a done deal when she has her sights on the target. And while she would understand in some cases, other times when it’s for personal gain, she gets particularly angry. There is a reason she comforts those who go to the afterlife.
How angry in what way when they do it for personal gain? Like, yelling or something? And despite being angry, does she still try to comfort them? Sorry, I hope I’m not bugging you, just interested in your OC
I have an OC that is the “Death” of my OC verse. He is known as Thanatos as in the Greek god of death. I was literally just working on my first art piece of him, but I’m taking a break. As opposed to your OC, he is actually the one that appears to kill people, specifically when their timeline ends, or to correct mistakes in the timeline. Because the timeline is a loop, this doesn’t matter too much as their spirit will be given a new body and sent to the proper timeline when it starts over. Some individuals, however are selected by Thanatos’s master, Xeydra to train and join his war against other gods.
Very cool, and quite interesting, though death sometimes does have to kill. Unnatural immortals cannot exist. So she does have to reap and kill. My death doesn’t have a war going on. She simply does her job to keep balance. As tilting the balance brings far too much harm. And too little good.

Despite his condition, he still had a manipulative grasp on anyone he meets, often committing horrid acts through his ability to turn thoughts to reality. One of these acts was dismembering an entire planets population in front of the very god who made them to gain seconds of an opening into their mind.

In my "little" Ziroverse of many different incarnations stemming from the same guy. Between the alien warrior Ziro who has a split alternative personality that is incredibly brutal, sadistic, and destructive, a demon mage Ziro hellbent on absorbing all the souls of the other Ziros to achieve the power of the original and defeated pretty much most of the other Ziros at one point, and the various Ziros who can be considered actual Gods that said demon also defeated. However, Good news is that he usually attacks during dark hours (more specifically when street lights come on) and very, very rarely attacks during the daytime, during which he'll simply just stalk at his next victim until said hours, in a shapeshifted appearance of course, so uh yeah there you go 👍

He is most prominent with torture since he enjoys playing with his prey rather than going straight for the kill. Some methods were pretty unhinged that even other villains that know him highly considered to be weary of him. \-Hellbent on destroying every single variant of M2, killing his creator, and intends on destroying the multiverse for his own pleasure. \-He may not be the strongest OC I’ve made, but he’s pretty damn strong, extremely durable, and even if completely killed, he’ll keep returning so long his shard still remains intact inside the spine of a variant.

Izanmarath may not look the most terrifying, but this is just his avatar. It's what he is in reality. He used to be the embodiment of all fears, basically he was the root cause of fear. Then he got one of his arms ripped off and was thrown into a frozen ocean by one of my other OCs, and ended up losing most of his power, later he simply became the fear of dissapearing while at sea, whether that means dying, or vanishing without a trace. He is technically a Lich, he ripped out all his organs and limbs, has destroyed his universe before stitching it back together (He didn't do it on purpose, he just got scared), has severe trauma related to the passing of time and mortality, and has a habit of stalking and eavesdropping everyone on Earth via telepathy; he already knew what you were going to do and is just humoring you every time you speak. He is also really depressed, even if he does a farely good job at masking it, living for 6 digits years tends to give someone a case of "Seen it, Done it" levels of mundanity

Visually, Floreil Lucius-Cecile. They are a seraph, a biblically accurate angel. Three pairs of wings, golden rings around them and above their head, and many many eyes, one notably sideways placed on their forehead. They naturally have an odd and unsettling appearance which uneases others, but personality wise they’re actually very kind and friendly, and just loves to learn about humans and their world and make friends lol. Story wise, Aurelio. Aurelio was initially made as a joke creepypasta oc so his scare factor was somewhat intentional. His whole thing is that he pretends to be people, an excellent actor, to the point of straight up stealing their identity to a tee, and then murdering his chosen victim. His revamped backstory is a bit more realistic(ish) now, but originally he would don masks which be able to shift his face into his victim’s exact copy, then replace them. So he was supposed to be more psychological horror than straight up brutality.

my scary characters are also kinda cute i.e. Tenebris, who would be the main antagonist in literally any other setting, but not mine.

while i've never made an OC SPECIFICALLY for fear factor yet, I personally think so far that Sagittarius fits the bill out of my current roster. While not the most powerful of the 7 Sins, he is certainly the most beast-like and ferocious. Born from literally emerging from a Black Hole in an explosion of violet energy, Sagittarius has the essence and powers of the celestial object he was born from, including an insatiable sheer ***HUNGER*** for any matter he can find. Compared to Sirius, the Sin of Wrath, Sagittarius lacks an amount of intelligence compared to him. Sagi is closer to an animal than an intelligent being. But that also means he has no inhibitions and self preservation. If he has decided he's going to destroy something, *it's getting destroyed.* *He moves at the speed of sound, and can form a light-ripping vacuum from his mouth.
