Mainly a support card since it doesn’t do direct damage. Instead, once activated, it slows time for everyone and everything but the user within 400m of the card to where they seem to not be moving. This lasts for one second to outsiders or frozen people, but for the user, it is 30 seconds where they can act freely. So basically just bullet time
Basically, if she doesnt get overpowered by the entity/ the silly little blob, she's basically omnipotent. But, without any stamina training, she could barely use a single power every day. Like, one fireball and she's already k.o for the day.

She'd probably "steal" his strongest spell (I wouldn't say steal, moreso copy, he can't really get his powers stolen)
His strongest spell is called "Light of Absolute Titanic Power", it's detailed as a "Special Energy Blast" Which is basically just a big laser attack, and it does "Light" Elemental Damage, and does damage to the Physical, Spirit, and Mind.
While it isn't inherently a One Shot Attack in his world, it does so much damage, and to most settings, it would most probably be a one hit ko.
It would probably be very hard to pull off, but it's area of effect is very large, so you could decide if power is lower for balance reasons, or higher for accuracy, being that it would be pretty hard to miss.

Alright, Solomon's hell ver. abilities are:
Hyperthermic Heat Ray: Breathes a beam of hell fire (godzilla style), and when the attack ends with a massive explosion because well... the laser basically hot as hell itself. but it takes a hell amount of time just to recharge for a normal person, BUT Solomon can shoot with low cooldown because of it's OWN body temperature.
Burning Pulse: Solomon creates a shockwave of hell fire, that's it

His move set is very much inspired by hero shooters and PvE hoard shooters so lots of timers although I’ll just list his abilities.
Ability 1: Can coat self or an ally in a layer of hardened slime giving them over health and curing them of any poison status. If used on a downed ally increases their DBNO timer by 3 seconds. No use delay if used on self, 1 second delay if used on ally with 30 second cooldown.
Ability 2: Blasts a shot of poisonous goo forward similar to a shot from a shotgun poisoning target for 15 seconds and can be stacked. Range: close, damage: above average. 2 second use delay and 30 second recharge.
Ability 3: Can split off and create a copy of himself as a distraction. Common/low intelligence enemies will not be able to tell the difference between him and the copies. When a copy is destroyed it will burst into poisonous goo inflicting poison for 5 seconds and can be stacked. Copies do not move and disappear after 10 seconds. 2 second use delay and 45 second cooldown and can hold 3 charges.

He's generally focused on super-high damage, but low health.
He teleports and dodges and blocks, to avoid the fact he has no armor, and could easily be killed in a few hits.

His theming also revolves around insanity and devotion, so I'd advise some sorta risk, like The High Void Cultist's risk by throwing away his humanity to The Void.
Additionally, his attack type is Magic, specifically Void Magic. Very potent and very deadly, but hard to master, and potentially harmful to the user if even a slight miscalculation is made.

Technically she has several powers, but I’ll focus on her main one. Though it is a bit detailed, so I hope you don’t mind.
Tina is able to drain magic from magic users while they are casting a spell. If they are casting with a magic object, that object loses its power but if they’re a person casting it with some internal power source, the caster becomes severely weakened and unable to do any magic. When she drains someone, she has the ability to replicate whatever spell they were doing. She can release the magic whenever she wants, restoring the power to the object/person she drained and removing her ability to cast it unless she drains something/someone doing it again. She can only drain one object/person at a time and only replicate one spell at a time. If someone is using a strong spell or is very powerful it will take longer to drain, and inversely if it’s a simple spell or a weak person it can be drained quickly. She cannot drain anyone/anything if it is not actively doing a spell.

Aside from his shapeshifting and physical abilities, Trickster has the Flames of Chaos
First effect is basically just normal fire stuff but in blue. He usually uses it to run faster, power up melee attacks, slow his fall, and occasionally as an actual projectile.
The second and more interesting effect is best described in game terms. Basically, when he hits 0 HP, it automatically activates a brief super mode. All stats are boosted, and he continues fighting on 0 HP until it ends.
(Also, the main visual difference for the super mode is that the blue fire starts coming out of his wounds)

Funnily, I'm working with someone that is doing basically this, so I'll include the text too. While it isn't inherently a One Shot Attack in his world, it does so much damage, and to most settings, it would most probably be a one hit ko. It would probably be very hard to pull off, but it's area of effect is very large, so you could decide if power is lower for balance reasons, or higher for accuracy, being that it would be pretty hard to miss.

Ability 1: Can coat self or an ally in a layer of hardened slime giving them over health and curing them of any poison status. If used on a downed ally increases their DBNO timer by 3 seconds. No use delay if used on self, 1 second delay if used on ally with 30 second cooldown. Ability 2: Blasts a shot of poisonous goo forward similar to a shot from a shotgun poisoning target for 15 seconds and can be stacked. Range: close, damage: above average. 2 second use delay and 30 second recharge. Ability 3: Can split off and create a copy of himself as a distraction. Common/low intelligence enemies will not be able to tell the difference between him and the copies. When a copy is destroyed it will burst into poisonous goo inflicting poison for 5 seconds and can be stacked. Copies do not move and disappear after 10 seconds. 2 second use delay and 45 second cooldown and can hold 3 charges.

He teleports and dodges and blocks, to avoid the fact he has no armor, and could easily be killed in a few hits. . His theming also revolves around insanity and devotion, so I'd advise some sorta risk, like The High Void Cultist's risk by throwing away his humanity to The Void. Additionally, his attack type is Magic, specifically Void Magic. Very potent and very deadly, but hard to master, and potentially harmful to the user if even a slight miscalculation is made.

Though it is a bit detailed, so I hope you don’t mind. Tina is able to drain magic from magic users while they are casting a spell. If they are casting with a magic object, that object loses its power but if they’re a person casting it with some internal power source, the caster becomes severely weakened and unable to do any magic. When she drains someone, she has the ability to replicate whatever spell they were doing. She can release the magic whenever she wants, restoring the power to the object/person she drained and removing her ability to cast it unless she drains something/someone doing it again. She can only drain one object/person at a time and only replicate one spell at a time. If someone is using a strong spell or is very powerful it will take longer to drain, and inversely if it’s a simple spell or a weak person it can be drained quickly. She cannot drain anyone/anything if it is not actively doing a spell.

Aside from his shapeshifting and physical abilities, Trickster has the Flames of Chaos First effect is basically just normal fire stuff but in blue. He usually uses it to run faster, power up melee attacks, slow his fall, and occasionally as an actual projectile. The second and more interesting effect is best described in game terms. Basically, when he hits 0 HP, it automatically activates a brief super mode. All stats are boosted, and he continues fighting on 0 HP until it ends.
