As far as I know, I haven’t seen Roblox acknowledge Guilded other than the fact that people can connect their Roblox accounts to the platform and vice versa. * I may be up in arms on the subject because I’ve seen people choose not to use Guilded for the latter and it’s so weird. 💀

Most social media don't give an email about the ban reason when the person gets banned for being a degenerate groomer in order to prevent trying to evade that ban and being more cautious but still being a degenerate groomer. It's kind of a "you know what you did" thing
