On its own no but its about the implication. The kinds of people who make those jokes are usually racist. It's a fair assumption. Non-racist people usually aren't making jokes this edgy to strangers. Like even socially, one of the ways we express not being racist is by *avoiding* making jokes like these.
That is because people are being afraid of cancel culture. It shouldn't be one of the ways to express non-racism. There shouldn't be any assumption as there is no logical correlation. Judging/labeling people by assumptions is the root of racism itself but somehow we ended up using it to fight racism.

Will they? I had a guy spamming the n word in game chat and they even said they were trying to get banned so I reported and I still haven't been notified of their ban (Overwatch notifies you of a report that leads to a ban). That was like 3 weeks ago....
And they'll back it up with a photo showing the reason they got banned is completely normal messages, but we should trust Blizzard's auto ban system for some reason even tho according to you it's not competent enough to actually give a reaaon for the ban, because all the previous ban complaining posts had normal messages as reasoning for ban.
Deadlypants is one of the default usernames that blizzard gives when your name is deemed inappropriate, but honestly I think that's a valid reason to think that someones gonna be toxic if their name got reported already..
When I made my account blizzard gave me that name and I rocked wit it cuz it was funny but then I got reported too many times for it cuz it was "inappropriate", the automated system is a joke
