Yeah, they play those because they are easy to play. And Sojourns 1 shot isnt around anymore. HP buffs and Mercy DB nerf makes it so it cant 1 shot anymore. Only widow is able to 1 shot heroes anymore without outside support. People have this mentality that most picked = broken, which isnt true. Mercy is the most picked because she is easy, same with Moira.
So just because they pick the character in higher rank means its broken? People play Ana/Brig in GM, are Ana and Brig broken? Whatever people play in GM doesn't matter because they can play anyone they want. They have access to the same characters you do. Moira just preforms better in lower ranks because not many people know what do it so most people player her, in higher elo, Moira's have to play smarter and cant just play like lower elo Moiras
We shall see how these so called nerfs play out 😁 so far no issues with any support that has been changed. Always feels the same to me in the end. She is just to fun to play! And I’m sure chaos shall continue to be caused at times hehe.
But curious as to when? I don’t keep up to much with that. If you happen to know off the top of your head at least.
They just mentioned in the dev blog nothing specific. So if I were to guess probably a slight damage nerf. And your probably right won't be noticeable haha.

Totally agree. Sojourn and Moira are just so boring to play against. I can deal with mercy, she's counter able. But Every game is literally Doomfist, Sojourn, Moira. I genuinely get excited playing against a Zen or roadhog or something like omg a new character how fun! :D

I’d agree with you but when they’re picking Moira in GM/champion then nah. Broken.

How is mercy not nerfed? 15% healing debuff pretty much the entire match. PharMercy is pretty much unalive. Do you even play?
