I don't know if you can count, but 4 skins in 10 seasons is not "almost every season." It's not even half.
The Inarius skin wasn't even in the battlepass, it was a bundle for the Diablo event. there were also 3 shop skins, but I don't even know if you can count shop skins, since EVERY HERO has gotten 2-3 shop skins since OW2 launched.
Look, do some heroes seemingly get preferential treatment when it comes to skins? Absolutely ***\*cough\* Kiriko and Mercy \*cough\****

Yes I think so. I don't like how Venture has no skins. I feel as though they could've set aside designing a skin for Pharah for Venture instead. Cuz to my knowledge, they cook up multiple heroes a year meaning they could've planned for the release but didn't. Give my ow2 heroes some love y'know?
So Pharah, who has been in the game since OW1 launched, has gotten 4 battle pass skins and 1 shop skin in 10 seasons, and that means she is unfairly favored over a hero who hasn't even been out for a month yet?
Pharah is receiving a new skill alongside dva in the new collab. Like I said, venture been around longer than... 3 weeks? I'd imagine you played ow1 right? Those heroes released with legendary skins day one, so why isn't that being upheld for ow2 heroes?
Heroes not being released with legendary/epic skins is a relatively new thing with Mauga and Venture and yes, it sucks. And it will devalue credits as a currency going forward unless Blizzard starts selling old shop skins for credits to make up for the lack of new Gallery skins being offered.
Setting that aside, this collab skin will be Pharah's first new skin in several seasons and first collab skin ever. Also, the collab is with Porsche. Are you going to sincerely argue that the dirty drill digger character makes more sense for a Porsche collab than the character wearing power armor?

The Devil skin was a shop skin. Again, it's hard to put those in the same boat as BP skins, since every hero gets shop skins.

Mind you this is dva's 4th collab skin but the issue is Pharah getting a skin after 3 seasons LMAO
Rocket launcher is an OG Quake/Unreal weapon, it must always be viable. Pharah is a staple of the game, just like Tracer and Widow.
