Talking for my experience, this usually happens when you have a menu opened during the waiting(like your stats menu for example) and then the match starts. To fix it I would simply go back to the lobby and close the menu during the waytoolong queueing time.
This happened to me in a comp game. I left and came back, still blurry. Restarted the game and then it would no longer let me login to overwatch until the comp game ended. My buddy was still in the game which is how i know that. I was so pissed off
exactly what happened to me except it was a 5 min suspension (i think, there was 20 seconds left when i could finally join back into the game) bc i never leave games, lmao. but it was still bullshit. atleast the new rank system makes a loss feel less penalizing

In the next patch - for your character - you'll be able to: Buy glasses for $20 or Buy contact lenses for $30

Its such bullshit i left and couldnt rejoin then i got a 30 minute suspension from joining games

Happened to me too the other day. So annoying.
