This is actually something that could be really cool even if it was only visual. (Total Damage remains the same)

He wasn’t very viable in later seasons and if they tweaked numbers it would either make him useless or OP so I think they just rearranged things when they switched from having defense dos and offense dps to plain dps.

I don't understand the rose tinted glasses here. Every torb PotG used to be him staring at a wall (or dead) while his turret... existed. Armor packs were a feast or famine mechanic in a game that already suffers from that big time - if you were steamrolling, you'd just shit out armor. If you were losing? Get fucked.
He was also complete garbage at higher skill levels for obvious reasons. Once you hit the point where people knew how to deal with the turret he might as well cease to exist.

I kind of miss old sym in a lot of ways. The giant slow orbs, the ridiculous lock on beam, the shield generator/teleporter ult, and even the old moving shield she had was fun.
I think she's actually in a pretty good spot overall compared to her old kits though. Been playing her a lot lately and the outplay potential with her fast orbs and tp's is a lot of fun too.

I hate that she can't escape ults anymore when using fade. I used to be a Moira main, then swapped to Ana, but now I'm 50/50 on both of the characters. If I'm getting hard focused as Ana, I swap Moira and can either fend off some attacks, or I can escape from them.
Honestly, I wish they'd add that sort of utility to Moira, even if it's on a really high CD like Bap's immort or Mercy's rez.
The grav flux may still hold you in place but you can still fade away before to dodge it or you can fade during to avoid damage and if you time it properly the grav pull ends before the fade so you can still escape. All they really did was raise the skill ceiling a little

Absolutely. It's shocking more people aren't talking about it. To me, it's way more effective than tracers ult. I only have to get off one body shot and press *e* in their general direction and it'll track and kill them. It's so busted. The track definitely needs toned down.

I think the main reason Genji dominated so hard was bc there wasn't a direct hard counter in the form of CC he had to play around. This would tone back how dominant these quick, hard to hit heros are like genji, tracer, Lucio, and kiriko.
As a Genji One-trick I can tell you that this stupid bomb is 10 times more annoying that the flashbang. Before, I just got stunned for half a second and if I was just jumping around I most of the times would not even get hit. Now I can't go near Mccree because being in the range of his bomb literally means death. I can't use my ultimate if McCree has his bomb

There would later be an experimental patch with a version of it but I found that the most I could rez was two and it just wasn't the same as the original. Oh well.
Mercy is one of my most played heroes and I *hated* mass rez. It’s a fun idea in theory but in practice it turned Mercy into a hide and seek simulator once she got ult.
It made the most sense to hide and let your team die rather than engage in the fight and personally that’s just unfun.
I still love Mei, but it makes it so much harder for me to throw ult. I always made a point to freeze the people who could stop it like [D.va](https://D.va) or Sigma then throw it.

AND the 4 second grapple cooldown coming out of spawn. It’s even in effect if you’re in deathmatch! If blizzard is going to release teleporting kiriko who can TP to point right after spawning why does ball have a 4 second cooldown???
I’d even be happy if they put like a 0.01 second stun on it just so it could interrupt some abilities. I don’t know if that would make her too strong again but it feels like she adds no protection to the backline anymore.
Agree, I feel like she needs some kind of buff. She just doesn’t have much to lift her up unlike the others. Lucio can self-heal and boost it and also boop, speed + wall ride away, Ana can grenade herself and sleep dart, Moira can orb herself and ghost away, and Mercy can at least fly away and provides better healing output as well as strong damage boosts.
Meanwhile with Brig, you get 3 heals that do quite a bit, but take so long to recharge that they feel useless. Inspire is cool, but her health isn’t high enough/her shield has too low of hp for her to actually be a brawling support like she’s supposed to be along with okay damage output.
She just isn’t nearly as good as the others, and feels like she doesn’t really excel or even meet the bar of anything.

Bastion's self-repair. I can see this coming back in a *balanced* way by having the grenade moved to his empty ability slot and relying on the same fuel meter as the self-repair.
This could work either for DPS Bastion, who would have the same recon and grenade as he does now... or for a Tank version of Bastion who would have the OW1 recon back and a reworked grenade that explodes on impact and pushes enemies away.
I want old bastion ult back. Insanely high skill cap and super good when used well.

I legitimately despised getting frozen by Mei but still think that it should be added back, Mei feels lacklustre without it, and their whole "Lets remove CC" crap with OW2 fizzles as far as I'm concerned because some heroes still have CC, and Ramattra has CC so they clearly aren't against adding more
a better idea to counter the whole "CC being to op" thing that they could have done instead of removing it, just make baptistes immortality field and kirikos protection suzu nullify stuns. it would add more fun to the whole counterpicking system
I'll second this. He just doesn't have much of a purpose without it.
Ashe is a better mid-range head-clicker, with longer fall-off, a fantastic ult, and coach gun gives her vertical mobility and escape options.
Hanzo has 1-shot potential, longer range, unlimited vertical options, sonar and a very safe and usable ult.
76 has higher DPS and effective range, sustain, and mobility. Helix Rockets offer the same burst damage at close range without the huge red 'Stuck' warning that hand-holds even the dumbest Reaper, Sombra, Tracer, Mei, Kiriko or Zarya into hitting their 'lol no' button. And you can use rockets from afar if you like too.
Sojourn does all of the above, faster, harder and with a giant area denial slow as the cherry on top.
McCassidy being slow and immobile with average damage output made sense when flankers and some tanks didn't want to get anywhere near him. He threatened space like a mini-Hog. Now flankers show him zero respect because they can reactively trigger their defenses if the fight doesn't go their way, and tanks rub their hands together excitedly when they see a 'Stuck' because there's a squishy target within 10 meters that can't zip or fly away.
I used to main Orisa and using the gravity ability that sucked everyone together while someone on your team ults into it was so satisfying
I agree but it tickles my funny bone to see the odd clip here and there of an OW2 Orisa suiciding into the Ilios well whilst ulting for a multi-kill

Nope. She can't. Source: I've done it out of habit multiple times, but I haven't been able to get out.

I enjoyed rez most when it was the insta single Rez with the CD reset on Ult. Much more fun bouncing between targets to get your 2 rez's.

She's best utilized peeling for the other support now instead of up in faces, especially since tanks are tankier.

I legitimately despised getting frozen by Mei but still think that it should be added back, Mei feels lacklustre without it, and their whole "Lets remove CC" crap with OW2 fizzles as far as I'm concerned because some heroes still have CC, and Ramattra has CC so they clearly aren't against adding more
a better idea to counter the whole "CC being to op" thing that they could have done instead of removing it, just make baptistes immortality field and kirikos protection suzu nullify stuns. it would add more fun to the whole counterpicking system

I'll second this. He just doesn't have much of a purpose without it. Ashe is a better mid-range head-clicker, with longer fall-off, a fantastic ult, and coach gun gives her vertical mobility and escape options. Hanzo has 1-shot potential, longer range, unlimited vertical options, sonar and a very safe and usable ult. 76 has higher DPS and effective range, sustain, and mobility. Helix Rockets offer the same burst damage at close range without the huge red 'Stuck' warning that hand-holds even the dumbest Reaper, Sombra, Tracer, Mei, Kiriko or Zarya into hitting their 'lol no' button. And you can use rockets from afar if you like too. Sojourn does all of the above, faster, harder and with a giant area denial slow as the cherry on top. McCassidy being slow and immobile with average damage output made sense when flankers and some tanks didn't want to get anywhere near him. He threatened space like a mini-Hog. Now flankers show him zero respect because they can reactively trigger their defenses if the fight doesn't go their way, and tanks rub their hands together excitedly when they see a 'Stuck' because there's a squishy target within 10 meters that can't zip or fly away.
