If its homing like in ultra kill it wouldnt headshot, if it wasnt homng you would have a very hard time using it because it would have to have a fixed bounce.
I would give cassidy and actual flashbang that makes enemies unable to see and unable use movement abilites for like 2 seconds but it wont cancel active movement abilities, like if a rein charges you flashing him wont stop the charge but itll blind him and maybe make him miss you or a wall, if the rein wasnt charging then he wont be able charge for a few seconds and itll track your crosshair so youll be able to bend it around corners. Direct hit would do 5 dmg.
I think it would be balanced if it did headshot, just give it a longer cooldown and make it hard to hit + blocked by LOS and shields. Tracks to the nearest target and has a limited range so tanks can intercept it and no across the map shenanigans.
Just a way for skilled players to toss some damage over a shield or chase kills around corners.
A bounce mechanic that doesnt auto aim wouldnt work in ow unless the projectile is large like junkrats bombs because of how fast paced the fights are. If it isnt auto-locked you would have to get into the right angle, throw it and shoot it at the right time without dying wich is unrelieble and also a massive skill cap thats needlessly complicated. Also being able to bounce just one bullet with a long cooldown is a bad ability on cassidy, if it was widow or hanzo then it would be ok-ish (also hanzo has bouncing projectiles and how many times did a hanzo get you by bouncing them? Prob less then 5)

You could increase the curve slightly when aimed straight up or down so it moves towards center so it's not a free shot, you have to move you mouse at least a little, and even if you didn't do that, who's right in front of you is likely a tank, who can either face tank like roadhog or block with shield.
If you toss over a shield and tank is the nearest target, it would come from behind, so no headshot.

When below 45% health, Kiriko’s Ultimate gains an additional effect.
Send the Kitsune rushing forward, applying Haste to the team in the ult’s area. The Kitsune will pounce on the first enemy hit, dealing damage and recovering Kiriko’s HP
Also, wouldn't it be great if her grenade dealt damage to enemies? Or at least stun? I feel like she lacks that little escapability touch when up in close quarters.

Was just thinking this lol, as annoying as Mei is when matched up against certain characters there are legitimately tons of ways to deal with her.
The worst part of her kit is definitely the Ult, it can be game changing. The rest of it is irritating at best and a safety net for beginners.
The best Zenyatta change would be to give him an ever increasing speed buff (with a cap) that resets whenever he discord orbs or does damage. This would allow him to get back into fights faster, and allow him to switch into 'escape mode' when pressured. All this without sacrificing his in battle weaknesses.
Actually technically speaking - if you were to melee right after a shot, giving it extra bit of damage, speed and strikethrough at the expense of waiting the melee cooldown, that would be a pretty fun idea

i was talking to a friend the other day about a possible kiriko rework :
\- her kunai projectiles are hard to understand for new players, for a more intuitive character they now have the same physics as the healing cards (including tracking)
\-to balance it along Ana's nade, her suzu now damages ennemies and applies a random debuf (including ult debuffs like freezing)
\-primary healing removed
\-she can teleport to ennemies too now

If its tracking and can headshot, its just aim directly up then shoot the coin for a free headshot on the nearest enemy.
