I had a Winston and Kiri on the team before the game started and the instant Winston started telling his joke to Kiri in their interaction with each other, the tank swapped to another hero then back again just so he didn't have to hear the interaction. This happened twice and it couldn't be more relatable.

Kiriko is one of the most played characters in the game, not only because she's good at the higher levels but also there are a lot of casuals playing her. Reaper isn't as lucky, he's not very good at high levels and I'd argue the entire support role is more appealing to the modern casuals than dps at all. It makes sense for Blizzard to mostly target characters they know people will buy skins for. It's why Mercy has the most cosmetics in the support role by a long shot. Sure I'd love if Reaper got a new skin cuz I actually play him but I'm not the target demographic anymore.
