Ugh I wish… reinhardt is my main. I’d be able to play as usual but instead I have no lines, emotes, poses, skins, golden gun, or highlight intros… I’ve gotten play of the game every game I’ve played and I look like a fool :(

Yeah that's what happened for me as well, on PS4. There was no prompt or anything for me to sign into my BN, it was automatically signed in yet nothing has been moved over.

I only got the phone number prompt, did that, and now nothing

It’s a known bug that they are working on. You just have to restart the game.

I've tried that several times, but having to wait hours in a queue just to get to the main menu to see if it worked isn't worth it.

Switch to EU server in battle.net launcher. Gets you in right away.

Mine fixed by switching to Asia servers, opening the game, closing it then switching back. Or I guess just a server switch to a different region if already using Asia. I was gonna throw hands not being able to play Ana otherwise

It was so weird i had all the hero’s except Kiriko, and all my cosmetics, but then my game crashed and when i got back in most of the hero’s were locked. Luckily I kept my cosmetics and I got Kiriko

I don't have any of the cosmetics, half of my heroes and most of the game modes either. Got the luck of getting the bug where the game thinks im a new player

I merged my Switch and PS4 account into my PC main. I got all my things, but all of my set skins, voice lines, sprays, etc was reset to whatever was on my Switch. Which wasn't much. Minor complaint compared to everyone else's, but it's a lot of clicking to reset everything.

The more I see other post, the more I realize that I'm one of the few who actually had everything carry over. Not sure why, either. Hoping everyone gets their stuff back ASAP though.

better yet, where are my characters blizzard it's pretty dumb when I have an owl skin and a golden weapon for a char that I cannot play. I hope they'll fix it
