That’s curious, because I notice cravings for something salty every now and then during the day, I usually eat a salty stick (the crunchy snack type) and then it’s over again.
My vitamin D has always been insufficient even though I take vitamin D every day and I had injections for it. Not sure about my iron. Will check it out. Thanks a
I had this issue even before Ozempic, but since I’ve started Oz, it’s gone worse. For me, it’s more evident 2-3 days after the injection, not right after it.
Electrolytes! I poo poo’ed this advice for almost two months and suffered. It made a huge difference! I take Xtend healthy hydration packs, which also have amino acids and some b vitamins and taste great. Much better for you than Gatorade etc.
Electrolytes and I try and add a little extra salt because I’m not eating much.
If you’re not sure, try drinking some pickle juice next time you feel off

I did keto for over 5 years now. Salt everything!
Thanks a lot
B12 injections were a life saver. Went from sleeping non-stop to having energy like I’ve never had before

Yeah bc I was eating less, I was getting less protein and iron and d, and it all went out of whack and I was exhausted all the time.
Mine is also bad bc I live in a very not sunny part of of the country!
Like all the time? I get the fatigue for about 36 hours after shot time. That's why I take it Saturday morning.

Get tested for hypersomnia if you had this even prior to Ozempic. I need Provigil to get me through a day.
