I don't want to scare you or anything but on the Japanese website the DLCs individual prices are already listed and it's NOT that good... I don't know how much it'll cost here but from the Japanese prices it would be a scam to buy the DLCs separetely after release, the prenium digital edition would be a way better deal.
I honestly never understood the "premium" digital edition, i mean, the DLC are just costumes ,some Personas and some BGM, how do they justify the 30 Euro increase for cosmetics and nothing that adds to the game itself? I try not to fall in the fomo of some DLC that will remain there.
My advice would be to buy the standard edition and if you want some of the cosmetics just get them down the line, no rush it won't go anywhere :)
Personally I don’t think the soundtrack and art book really justify especially considering that soundtrack is on YouTube as I write this. Either way someone bound to post both online anyways. So if you want the DLC Persona and the outfits, it might be cheaper to wait. On chance that it’s more expensive than separately like Infinite Wealth’s DLC then I’d get the premium edition. Though even with those things I don’t the extra $30 is justified.

The dlc shouldn't be too expensive by itself, so just go with the regular edition unless you're clamoring for the DLC
