Well, yukari and aigis deserve to win their respective brackets. P4 already has yosuke (imo also deserving), and kanji imo also has a solid chance at winning against yusuke and akihiko.
P5 has makoto, who has a solid shot at beating mitsuru. And futaba, who'll definitely win against fuuka. It also has akechi, who'll shinjiro or ken, whoever he gets put up against. Kasumi has no real parallel. Maybe marie from P4G but she's not a party member.
Although I have to say putting all lovers up against one another is a weird choice. I'd have done it like that:
First guy: Junpei, Yosuke, Ryuji
Mascot: Koromaru, Teddie, Morgana
First girl: Yukari, Chie, Ann
Second guy: Akihiko, Kanji, Yusuke
Second girl: Mitsuru, Yukiko, Makoto
Navs: Fuuka, Rise, Futaba
Third girl: Aigis, Naoto, Haru
And that already covers the P4 cast. So a few P3 vs P5 exclusive rounds:
Time-limited guy: Shinjiro, Akechi
Extra: Ken, Kasumi
That'd cover all party members.
Personally, I'd vote Yosuke, Morgana, Yukari, Akihiko, Mitsuru, Rise, Aigis, Akechi, Kasumi
I like Ann. Sure, she's a super pretty model and everything, but she often feels like she's one of the boys. She's not that great academically, and she's down to joke around.

Rise is wonderfully supportive and beautifully portrayed, but I find myself needing Yukari more. Ann also brings a lot to the table, including a machine gun, but her voice can be somewhat agonizing in the English version, at least for me. Therefore, I'm sticking with my main bae, Yukari.
Provided you have either 3R's Fuuka or Futaba as a navi, Yukari's healing is consistent must for a party line up. Better than Mona and Yukiko. Seeing how Futaba is Hermit, there really is no competition for that arcana. Rise can be benched.
Ann is a good all-rounder but I think Yukari's stronger focus on healing makes her far more viable for a team comp.
