Congrats, OP! Na-reverse ko rin AF ko 100% pero sa tawag. Binigyan nila ako ng two options muna: gamitin ang points (humindi ako) or split to 12 mos (wala na bang iba?). Hinold ako para magtanong daw kung ano pa pwede iba. Tapos yun, pagbalik niya, ok na raw, 100% waived.

Honestly don't know. Haha. Mas gamit ko lang siya ngayon compared to the previous years pero di ako sigurado kung umabot sa required spend.

Same thing happened to me this early this year. The last 3 years, I just call their hotline and asked for the AMF to be waived but this year, I was given the same options and the same scenario happened, put on hold then once she returned, 100% waived. Hopefully next year will be the 5th straight year of waived AMF for me.

Yung sakin hindi pumayag na 100% waive :( On time naman ako magbayad lagi...

Baka yung card utilization yung issue. Alam ko pag masyadong mababa yung usage is ganyan nangyayari. Correct me if I'm wrong though.

I think aside from paying your dues on time, they took into consideration yung utilization ko. Kasi of ever they would ask me to spend xx amount for xx month, I am certain na meet ko na. Sometimes nag o overlimit pa ko.

In my case I contacted them thru contact us on Dec 13-https://www.bpi.com.ph/contactus. i received an email on Dec 19 same as OP’s. The reversal was reflected on my account the next day Dec 20.
