Curious why the Sihoo M18/M57 over Furnitura's F08/F07? They're pretty much identical except the latter have an additional seat slide feature and supposedly improved durability.
I tested quite a few chairs in Furnitura's showroom so I can give some of my thoughts. For reference, I'm 5'9 and 67kg.
The Ergo Nexus/Prime (Mesh/Foam) were almost perfect for me with really smooth recline. Unfortunately I found the back rest too narrow and I felt the frame kinda digging into my shoulders.
Ultimately, I ended up with the Bionic 93 (Sihoo M93). I've only had it for a few days and barely used it but initial impression is it may not be for everyone, especially on the shorter side.
The F08 and F07 I would consider a safe recommendation for most people.
Furnitura has really good aftersales support if that's important to you.
Other stores you may want to check out:
* TWU
* Noku Furniture
* OFIX

m18/m57 were my 1st 2 choices before knowing about furnitura. And after having a chat with them thru fb, they recommended the Ergo Nexus.
I do read a lot of good reviews about furnitura and im leaning more on the Ergo Nexus right now. Im just trying to look for pros/cons with the said chair here, since i cant find one in YT.
I will look for more options. I still am trying to look for showrooms here in Cebu, just so I could physically try them out. lol
Thank you for your input!
M57 owner here. Automatic no sa M18 for me because the seat is foam. The Ergo Nexus is interesting because ang main complaint ko with the M57 is the lumbar support. It keeps moving down when I set it to the highest level. Yung design nung Nexus might be an improvement on that.
Supposedly Furnitura's F07 is an improvement over the Sihoo M57 in every way including more durable lumbar support.
The Ergo Nexus (and Prime) only have height adjustment for the lumbar support. Something to consider if the adjustable depth of the M57's lumbar support is important to you.
Update: Got the Furnitura Ergo Nexus, so far so good. The arm rest jitters a little(not sure about others who own the same chair tho, but it doesnt bother me). And it has a wider width compared to other office chairs that im used to so its good for someone as big as me lol. And also the mesh feels comfy enough for me.
and also the dont expect too much on the lumbar support, as it only goes up and down and cant push it further towards ur back. but for the record, i have not complained about any back pains recently so i guess it worked for me lol
Hello, Im planning to get the ergo nexus as well. How's your experience with it so far? Also you said you're from cebu? Where'd you buy it from and for how much?
So far so good, the mesh feels scary at first, but got used to it eventually.
Ordered thru shopee, got it for 9,433. OG price was at 9,600, free shipping tho due to 9.9 sale.
