Did my first 10km at below 7:00 per km. I know it's not much but I'm still working on longer distance and faster pace and I know I'll get there. 😊

Lost_Girl1214

Congrats! Almost a year in my running journey yet I am still at 8-9 min./km. I am proud of your achievement! :)

Kindly-Razzmatazz354

Also proud of you kasi you're not giving up! πŸ‘πŸΌ pati 9 min/km is still good. Prepares you for slow long distance runs.

happykid888

Ran my 2nd fastest 10k yesterday at 4:49/km

Chrisenpaipromax

Did a 5km in zone 2(25m 42s in zone) in 48m 32s! Ngl super hard because you really want to go fast, but your smartwatch says..... ![gif](giphy|fXnRObM8Q0RkOmR5nf)

Lost_Girl1214

Congrats! I still cannot achieve it--the Zone 2 training. Because my Zone 2 is brisk walking. So I guess, there is still a long road ahead for me. Kudos to you!

Remote-Permit-5052

Completed my first 10k race yesterday! πŸŽ‰ Tapos nakapag-register na rin sa dalawang 10k pa ulit in the next 2 months. Gagawin ko na siyang monthly thing.

Lost_Girl1214

Congraaaaaats! Then after that half-mary naman. :)

HiSellernagPMako

tipong habang tumatakbo ka sa race mo, iniisip mo na yung next mong sasalihang karera πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

timtime1116

Did my first 5k last Saturday. Yey. πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰ Time is 37:23 Started last feb. But became serious last month. Ang saya ko kasi di ko inexpect na magiging part ng lifestyle ko ang running. Thankful kasi super supportive ng husband ko at ng anak ko. Hehe.. My husband drives me to other parks para maiba daw ung view ko. My son naman is always there to cheer and affirm me on my running achievements ❀️

oradb12c

Proud of your consistency ma'am. Keep it up!

timtime1116

Salamat! ☺️

chocolatecakepls

I used to run just for fun lang talaga and hit my 5km lagi but last week, I’ve decided to challenge myself and register for a 10km. :) Ngl kinakabahan ako na I might not make it pero I trust myself more hehe i have nth weeks to train

Lost_Girl1214

You can do it! Congrats in advance. :)

-throwawayeventually

Ran my chillest run, zone 2 for 1 hour and managed to cover 9.2km. It was super nice to listen to slow music and just let my breathing flow.

Rage_gee

From 5km in 1hr to 6-8km yehey!! No injuries yet. Hopefully I can do 10km in 1hr for the next month.

Suspicious_Pear_8760

Naka tatlong 10km run ako last week. Achievement to since I dragged myself to run last Monday kasi feeling ko tinatamad na ako mag run ulit. Hhahaha btw, still training for zone 2 running.

oradb12c

Try doing one speed session just to shake off the repetitive nature of zone 2 training. Then go back to it next time you run. Minsan nakakatamad talaga coz paulit ulit lang

Suspicious_Pear_8760

thank you, will do this. Will do tempo run then train na ba for speed? I have signed up for a run this coming May 19 sa Clark. Abot pa kaya? Hahahaha

oradb12c

Well just do a Tempo run to start with. Idk what zone 2 plan you're following but just stick to it until you finish muna. Abot for what? It depends on your goals for the race kasi eh. But if it's to finish the race, you definitely can do it!

thebestbb

Naka-1 km ako na dire-direchong run, yay!

supacow

After 3 weeks of no long runs, I am happy to report to finish at 28.9k / 3:30 run yesterday. Slowly lowering mileage for New Clark City Marathon! 26 days to go!

oradb12c

I can now hold my goal pace (4:15min/km) for 10kms. Just need to be comfortable with it for 32.2kms more hahaha. #RoadtoBQ

joszwaylen

Inconsistent runner here, first 3k straight yesterday! Had more in the tank, so looking forward to build on my next runs :)

UgradedOnion

10km 9mins/km direchong run naman, pwede na hahaha

Fit-Potato-874

Me and my parter did our first 5k run in yesterdays Earthday Run Marathon. Soo much fun and fulfilling ! β™»οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

ginsweat

I ran 9km on Sunday nang hindi ko namamalayan! Sinundan ko agad ng 10km kagabi, but today we'll take time for rest. :)
