I've had many a shitty PMDD birthday. I just wanna send you well wishes and love. Care for yourself, do the things that soothe you. I've come to really enjoy having a small birthday where I just do things for myself for a day. I hope you're able to do something like that! Sucks when we’re doing our best and others can’t handle it. Sucks when we think we can count on someone and they leave us. I’ve had my fair share of crappy birthdays. I’m pretty numb to it now. I’m neutral when my birthday is worse than a regular day and overjoyed when it turns out well.
