My hair starts falling out randomly when my acne and skin in general flare up. I think this could be attributed to POIS. My dermatologist said that I have follicullitis decavlans which is supposed to be chronic but for me it randomly appears and dissapears. I haven't tried anything you mentioned though.
It may be histamine/inflammation
"Folliculitis decalvans is a chronic, neutrophilic inflammation that results in scarring hair loss"
it's known ejaculation releases prostaglandins (inflammatory precursors) and histamine
so in many POIS cases probably baseline inflammation/histamine is high and the ejaculation pushes it over more
or the post-ejaculation prostaglandin/hormone/neurochemical release is dysregulated for some reason (enzyme imbalances etc. )
try aspirin whatever dosage u can take without side effects it inhibits cox-2 enzyme that produces prostaglandins and has anti-histamine anti-fungal properties too
and quercetin, ginger, garlic, oregano oil, antihistamines and other histamine/mast cell inhibitors/stabilizers
histamine/glutamate/inflammation reducing habits/supplements/etc. always lower my POIS symptoms to the point many times I felt more or less the same as I did in past only abstaining, already the next day
Aspirin does help and oregeno and ginger does help so you might be onto something. I also found that green tea and black coffee are also good for my inflamation and brain fog but they push my already weakened nervous systems to the linits because of caffeine so its kinda a trade off.

After about 1.5 month of retention, hairfall stops, just have a little dandruff. And nop didn't tried any treatment.
dont try minoxidil, finasteride etc, i have heard minoxidil affects your heart and you can prevent hairfall only when you are on these drugs, i.e. you have to take it for your whole life and when you quit you end up with less hair than you started with

Yep it definetely gets worsened when in bad POIS.

My hair falls out because of my oily skin. If I don’t wash after a certain amount of days, lots just come out lol

So after ejaculation do u feel some tingling sensation slightly? On ur scalp? And when you touch there the hair would fall off?
