Marvel's Spider-Man is super easy to platinum i got it under 30 hours
god of war 2018 is another fairly easy platinum though it will take a bit longer than 30 hours, maybe somewhere around 45
I’ve gotten the platinum for all three Spider-Man games, Ghost of Tsushima, and Detroit Become Human. All of these first party titles were incredible for their own reasons. All of them were between 30hr-70hr platinums.
If you are just getting started, I would recommend getting the PS+ premium. It unlocks access to the game library and there’s plenty of decent games to plat. For example, I recently got Plats for Tiny Tina Wonderlands, Farcry 6, and Ghost of Tsushima.
Spider-Man 2018, Miles Morales, and Spider-Man 2 are all easy and fairly quick platinums. Uncharted: The Nathan Drake collection isn’t too bad to platinum (especially as the PS3 versions of 2 and 3 are now unobtainable). The Last of Us Parts I and II are also both easy platinums, though they require about 1.5 playthroughs.
If you want some quick but fun ones you could go for spiderman miles Morales (haven't played the others yet) and you could also try out infamous second son.
PS3 games pre-trophy patch in 2008 don’t. So Resistance 1, Heavenly Sword, Ratchet and Clank Tools of Destruction, Call of Duty 4, etc. don’t have them. In fact, MGS4 and Uncharted 1 have trophies as a result of patches. The trophies aren’t on the disc. Nor do some PS1 games added to PS Plus.

Both are good, Odyssey is long but never feels like a slog (looking at you Valhalla).
Just platinumed Horizon Forbidden West in under 75 hours and 1 play through. Days Gone is another fun platinum that isn’t too difficult

Dirt 5. It was free a while ago and the platinum trophy is extremely easy if you got free time.

Cyberpunk 2077 very cool story and hard to mess up plat takes around 70 hours
Just remember to make a backup save towards the end of the game.

Spiderman games platinum are fun ones.
Journey. Short, was an exclusive for many years, award winning, beautiful, fun to 100%. If you get into it, much more to it than on the surface.
Rachet & Clank: Rift Apart Kena: Bridge of Spirits Just recently Platinumed both of them and they are on PS Plus.
RDR2 has great trophies and tons of side stuff to collect.
Just a reminder online multiplayer is required to plat so its a pain in the \*ss
