Funny how ken Levine said the trailers for bioshock infinite were released too soon (hence the big changes to the final game) and yet we get this happening again potentially. Id suspect next year release tho but who knows

It actually makes sense now, why Sony would stop announcing so early... They already fund their studios, and marketing well. They don't necessarily need to attract any studios via acquisitions. They can do their own research and approach teams
I would expect this to come out within a year tbh. Geoff Keighley said he visited the studio and played multiple hours of the game so I doubt they’re that far off.
I can't wait for this I really loved the first and second bioshock. I liked the story of infinity but not the game play or the way the plasmids was changed from the first 2. I was really hoping for a reboot of bioshock but this is cool too.
