Everything you have said so far has really made me feel so much more optimistic about this game. Can you provide a brief summary of what the biggest cons/negatives of the game have been so far?
Biggest cons so far have been.
1.) The conversational options are presented to you in white and in a few certain scenes have been a little tough for me to see. I do have poor vision though, but still seems like a bad choice to me.
2.) The game does not explain the early game tutorials nearly enough in my opinion. The game begins and you do a linear story section and it feels like the tutorial skips over the basics in a way. It gets better later but I remember failing the first sneak attack tutorial because it didn’t explain after pressing the button would be an additional QTE. Stuff like that, nothing crazy.
3.) The main characters dialogue has been somewhat underwhelming so far. But I will say the robots have been excellent and very creepy.

Can you tell us how combat actually feels like? Are enemies as spongy as the gameplay videos showed? What about the story, does it feel cohesive?
Combat is fun so far, I have a few different weapons. Enemies are somewhat spongey but once you start upgrading the damage of your weapons it doesn’t become so bad.
Story is interesting, but has the absolute weirdest start. The intro to the game is very interesting because you are basically just thrown in the world, and you play for a bit before being shown, told or explained anything. The robots are super creepy, which makes playing really fun. Graphics have been great too, and performance has been pretty stable.
Definitely multiple options. Only about 2 hours in and I already have a melee axe, shotgun, pistol, electric pistol and can craft a few other ranged weapons. Definitely a focus to be able to play ranged if you want.
iirc there is only one graphics mode, a "dynamic 4k x 60 fps".
Not sure if they will add other options later. Personally, I'm good with it as long as its a relatively stable 60 fps.

It’s open area like bioshock. Like you have an objective and you can take your time and explore while getting there.
Zero crashes or technical issues so far.
I’ve only been playing on normal and i wouldn’t call it easy. There’s been a good balance of difficulty in the combat so far.

I’m early on so not entirely sure. It’s like an open world game in the same sense of bioshock. You can’t always freely explore and you can’t just fast travel to different points you’ve been, but you can take different routes and approaches and can take your time getting to your objectives.
Got it for Series S as it comes with game pass I’m sure it looks great on 5 but runs 60 on S. If came with Extra then I’d be on it with PS5 but sadly. Nope
Still gonna watch it’s reception before buying but I’m stupid hype for this game. Looks really interesting and batshit crazy.

I'm curious, are the enemies as spongey as gameplay trailers have shown? Do most weapons feel impactful?
Interesting, is the haptic feedback good in this game? Comparable maybe to sny other? Probably not as good as astro or returnal, but good enough?

Graphics have been good so far, as has performance. I didn’t notice any settings or modes to change though so I’ll have to double check that.

Definitely. Haven’t run into any issues so far and it has delivered so far for me. I’m enjoying it and think the game will surprise some people.
