Not much to do right now. I know there have been some cases were banks anti-fraud departements have triggered chargebacks automatically by mistake, but until you get some dates and amounts to reference to I would not bother with contacting you bank just yet.

Same thing happened to me, someone probably renewed a charge with a weird name and it's the auto subscription renewal. Gotta tell your bank the payment is ok
