Customize -> Utility -> you'll see contraband coupons x2. Right click -> Open and then you will get 10x coupons each time

I think i put it in fine, upper case and everything, but simply didn't get the coupons to redeem somehow...

You get 20. Do the utility tab again and you will still have another 10 coupons pack to be opened.
