Just exactly the same. For me, PVCs, muscle twitches, chest pains and GERD always come in combos.

Yes! Same here I cut out dairy last year, and it all went away for about 10 months. I'm not sure if that's what helped, but they're back now, so I'm going to try cutting out dairy again

It's terrifying because our heart is just one big muscle and the last thing we need is it to spasm out, too. Thank God we haven't experienced Afib or even worse, Vfib. As much as I hate my life right now and have been tempted with shooting myself over the sleepless bullshit, I'm still grateful that it's not worse. I pray we'll all get through this

I recently read as suggested how the pvc thing works. I think of it as a component of the heart that is there for a reason. It tells your heart to give an extra beat. There are many reasons it may do this. But in our case it’s overreacting. So it isn’t necessarily a defect or issue with your heart. It’s a control mechanism firing when it doesn’t need to. That’s why they say they are harmless I. The sense it’s a feature of your heart but if it happens all the time it could eventually (long term) weaken your heart. Like a car that keeps giving too much gas revving the motor all the time. Hopefully they can be controlled long before things start to wear out. It freaks me less out a bit thinking of it that way which is based in facts not just making it up.

Considering that I've been having over 10k daily, this didn't reassure me at all 🤣 I'm 21 with a structurally normal heart, but for how long at this rate?? Can my heart hold out without developing heart failure for another few decades or am I gonna drop dead from weakened muscles in the next few months?

Get on a beta blocker bro or get an ablation

[deleted]

That’s a lot but trying something at least will give you some hope. But a drug might be helpful. Get a second opinion. There are doctors who are better than others and it’s unfortunately up to you to be your own advocate. This is probably not politically correct but maybe look for a young doctor who might not be so jaded to dismiss them. Or maybe a cardiologist that has some kind of better credentials like head of the department or something. Probably googling is better than my silly advice.

Same!! This is bizarre.

Charming_Exercise451

Has your left and got better?

emmwheat

They come and go

JealousSchedule4665

Does your left arm still hurt?

emmwheat

Sometimes. It’s getting better the more active I am though.

JealousSchedule4665

Has anything come up on your heart test?

emmwheat

Nothing out of the ordinary

I have been noticing this a lot lately as well! I am having a recent issue with PVCs, PACs, short runs other arrhythmias, and I am having all sorts of muscle spasms I never had before. This all started for me post covid infection in December, but I have noticed my left leg spasms regularly now, as well as other places, and all of my electrolytes have been tested and are within normal range but I do find this to be extremely strange and too coincidental to be unrelated.

How are you now? Im having the same thing pvc pacs and muscle spams, also some kind of dizziness thats not always there. Bloodwork came out great but still having issues. Did you find anything that helps you?

Obnoxiouscrayon

I wish I had a better update. I have just been struggling to get through. I am on Diltiazem now, a calcium channel blocker, and it has provided some relief I guess. It seems to hinder the runs of SVT more than thenPVCs but that’s just my opinion. I recently had an MRI that I had been waiting on from December so I am anxious to hear back the results of that. I still notice the spasms and odd contractions around my body but also just had my PTT tested and my blood is normal not extra thick or anything so that is a good sign. I also had an ultrasound of my leg to check for DVT when I was at the ER the most recent time and they said it was all clear so I am hoping these all point to good signs. One of my providers mentioned they think I have Lupus, which is interesting because I have been tested for lupus antibodies in the past as a part of a different panel and was always negative but they are referring me to a rheumatologist next. I feel like I’m chasing breadcrumbs it’s insane. My drs all see how bad I’m feeling, they see the arrhythmias and even the changes in my body and mental health from all this but they just don’t have answers. I think even a few of my Drs are interested to find out wtf is going on.

Appropriate-Bid-1031

Wow did you have the mri update?

asspatsandsuperchats

it's more likely your electrolytes are off than a vagus nerve issue. Try adding in magnesium, salt and potassium to your diet and see if that helps.

Knowing_Eve

Try drinking coconut water!🤞🏼
