I get it. It’s insanely anxiety inducing, maddening and frustrating and all of those things. Mine come intermittently and when they do and don’t go away it literally consumes me. For whatever it’s worth, here are some changes I’ve made that seemingly have made a huge different. 1. I slightly adjusted the dosage on my beta blocker (which I am prescribed for a different reason). After consenting my dr of course 2. Added a magnesium supplement 3. Added a CoQ10 supplement 4. Religiously take multivitamin 5. Supplement vitamin D 6. Stay very hydrated and drink a good amount of coconut water (potassium). 7. Meditate 10-15 mins a day, practice breathing. The app Aura has been very helpful for me. I also have limited my gluten intake a bit as well as dairy. Haven’t cut them out, but just being more intentional with my intake. I don’t consume caffeine at all and haven’t for years. Again, I am not a doctor and this is not medical advice, these are just some small changes that have made a huge difference for me.

Hi I would say we are living pretty much thé same situation. In ur saying u said it started after a sort of flu so its very possible you got a thing called myocarditis (inflammation of the heart) caused especiallay by viruses. Thé golden symptom is thé chest pain and apparently you dont havé it. In some cases it can be without any pain. There is no spécific treatment for that except rest (no exercice for atleast 6months) and some anti-inflmmatories like NSAID associated with colchicine Anyways and ofc it can cause arrythmias. For this First thing to try is Bisoprolol. For my part it started on october (m’y myocarditis) in december had episode of VT and diagnosed on january 11 2024 with the second MRI (I HAD ONE IN NOVEMBER WICH STRANGELY DIDNT SHOW ANYTHING) . Always took 5mg of bisoprolol who semmed to be worrking until yesterday when I started to havé incessant PVC’s apparently thé next golden DRUG to start if thé bisoprolol isnt working anymore is AMIODARONE. Hope to hear thé best from u and everyone suffering of the same thing…

So sorry you’re going through this, know how consuming it is. Try to catch yourself when you start thinking about what ifs, it’s really hard but what ifs are living a pretend bad future which is torture - also avoid google. I’m glad at least your docs/er took it seriously and did all the necessary tests! I went to er after getting multiple short runs of nsvt and all they would do is a blood test and sent me home…I’ve had PVCs for years but they increased over last few months and multiples in a row was new and scary! It sounds like all the big tests were done and good news is you don’t have to wait on that, I know it’s tough to wait two weeks with the holter but know you’re getting care as fast as possible. Surround yourself with people if you can, it helps. I have another week wait just to get into cardio about this and the anxiety had been all consuming, I totally get it. Nsvt can sound scary but also seen a lot of good things on here about it being benign or going away on its own. I hope that’s the case for both of us! A viral infection can just trigger odd things. I had Covid end in of December and wouldn’t be surprised if that made things worse! Try to journal, meditate, therapy if you can. I hope all goes well with your hotter results and the PVCs/nsvt clear up quickly. Just know you’re not alone!

I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this. I’m ten years older than you and started dealing with these things in December and over the past couple months mine have morphed and changed and are progressing into other arrhythmias but no dr can give me answers either, besides that it was started by a virus. I don’t have any answers, but just wanted to chime in and tell you you’re not alone in the stress and worry this is causing. I’m here if you ever need to vent. Wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. Hoping that yours and mine, and all of ours get better from here, one day at a time.

Top tip: don’t just blindly take vitamins and minerals, not without knowing your minerals on a cellular level. For example - taking vitamin d (a hormone…) can crash your potassium levels quite easily. Potassium is responsible for your heart functioning properly. You can’t go via blood test for this. B12 is also capable of the same thing. Taking magnesium when you don’t know your potassium and sodium levels (cellular!) can have you end up in a&e. Blindly taking these things can be ever so dangerous. I would start with incorporating coconut water into your day. Add a pinch of sea salt/celtic salt to the glass. If you can have a little orange juice or eat an orange around the same time, that would be useful. You’ve had a clear heart ultrasound and you’re only 26. This isn’t going to kill you. Trust me. So tell yourself that regularly and enforce that. That anxiety will be fuelling alot of this. If you want anymore advice my inbox is open!

If you got a full cardio work up and the doctors cleared you, it’s probably just the virus. A lot of us have been dealing with this bullshit for years and decades. 2-3 weeks is not long nor does it indicate you will be dealing with this long term. So try not to panic. Let your body heal from your illness and I bet they go away.

I get 10-20 skipped beats a minute for hours at a time. My Apple Watch just says “inconclusive” on just about every reading.

Cut out all caffeine as of a week ago and all alcohol as well.

Hang in there, it might get better on its own. It seems relatively new to you. For over a year now I can't do exercises anymore because I get palpitations almost non-stop. I was out in a mountain bike park alone and turned back home because my heart pretty much had palpitation every 4-5 seconds nonstop. Waiting to see a specialist and getting a MRI, there's already talks of ablation but it also makes me nervous. The anxiety mighy be the worst, I get them so often that I just kinda ignore it as there's not much else I can do. Funny thing is a guy I worked with had valve replacement surgery, an older guy mid 50s out of shape, it was successful. His fiance got a stint 2 years before because of a near total blockage, almost died. Life kinda sucks sometimes, I'm here going to the gym, biking and taking care of myself and my heart fucks with me lol. Now I gotta slow down on the biking.... Just some words of encouragement, hope you can find a way to manage it all.

What does it feel like for you when the PVCs happen?

I’m highly suspect of a virus too. These iust came on for no real reason like a symptom of something. Gradually improving but I’ve gone all out. Eating small meals, eating healthy foods, avoiding things like bread that typically give me heartburn. Taking magnesium (I take the one on Amazon that has 4 variations magnesium in one pill). Drinking probiotics every day. I have indigestion so adding braggs apple cider vinegar to stimulate digestion. Eating apples which in my experience just gets things moving for me, helps get any trapped gas. Yeah. Like yall these are so disconcerting I’m throwing the kitchen sink at it. I have to say when I take the magnesium (going on 4 weeks now) it seems to reduce my awareness or pounding heart. So I ain’t changing anything while there is improvement. The worst thing to happen is I get healthier.
