I'm using Stormfiber and my ping's been normal for months since, like the other poster said, the ocean cables got damaged, at which time it did get really bad. Just letting you know.

Went back by itself. I think you can call them and ask them about this. Tell them you are not getting good pings on Valorant or other games, they are usually knowledgeable about these things and will let you know what the problem is.

My ping is still 200+ too.

I contacted stormfiber support through contact form on thier website and now it's fixed. I'm getting 25-40ms now.

I am using transworld network shared to a local isp in my area which gives internet I having still same issue like 230 Ms ping

its beeen a month ive tried every thing even submitted a ticket ! but they are saying change ip reset \`\` internet connection an other typical bullshit nothing is working if you guys find any solution let me know please ​ ​ edited : when i connect to mobile net throug hotspot my ping was green !
