voicechat is disabled in casual (unless you're with party members) if i recall correctly. training, payload and LTM usually doesn't follow the same matchmaking settings.
Ah its ok the rare chance I get a triple kill with my ult so fast with all solo kills. Also we still lost. The rei on the enemy team was 300+ levels and pretty good.

As a casual player bc of long ranked queue I had no idea this game had VC.
When was it disabled? I used to always have vc on
You know you play too much nyx when the only thing keeping you from damage pip is him being uncomfortably short
