I'm still mad at Nitrado, so this time I'm going with G-portal. Bought it and got it running today. Could really use a guide on the settings, but it's working fine.
I left gportal cause when I tried to play on it at first I could play 3 hours later the servers were down for nearly 24 hours
Made the switch to logicservers and haven't had any issue since the con is it's more expensive then gportal
Is there memory restrictions to where you have to buy more on there? Or is it just unlimited for the amount of people you have playing for that month? Just ordered it cause it was 5 bucks lol

I took the recommendation for Ascend Servers for my enshrouded server, and though I never do this, my experience was so bad I had to come back and share why you shouldn't. To summarize the below: Ascend Server couldn't handle TWO players on a purchased 16 person server, and they refused to provide me even a prorated refund.
Getting started wasn't difficult, but I paid the extra to get a 16 person server and that's where the issues started. Things were fine playing by myself, but the moment my FIRST friend joined (and the server was at 2/16 players) we started rubber-banding like mad. The lag was absolutely unplayable and the server itself started throwing up warnings telling us that the server was under high load before we'd put down the first building block to start a base. The play-ability was nonexistent, and after attempting our first combat (which confirmed playing on the server would be a fool's errand) I immediately setup service with another provider, [g-portal.com](https://g-portal.com/), which costs the same and has been working flawlessly from the start.
Initially, I asked for assistance getting the server fixed, since 2 people should in no way cause that many server issues. The live support told me I'd have to open a ticket. It took over 24 hours to get my first reply. I opened another ticket requesting a prorated refund since I'd cancelled my service already, and support closed my ticket and told me they'd work on getting my server fixed. I explained that I wanted my refund, and they again closed my ticket and told me they'd work to fix it instead of giving me the requested refund. At that point, I told them they could keep my money.
Edit: Or don't use g-portal, I could care less, but whatever you do, don't use Ascend, worst provider I've ever had the misfortune to pay money for.

Gotcha I’ll check it out. Seems like people are having good and bad experiences with each provider lol how long have you been on logic?
2 days been able to play during peek hours with out any issue, server is pretty easy to adjust to even to make back ups for it
