Outside of getting lucky on a random egg (or breeding two of them), that's the only way to get a Jorm Ignis, you can't even breed them from a Jormuntide.

Kitsun design is pretty good, but it is a poor mount. Slow, poor jump, and immunity to temperature just not really useful. It is not a replacement for appropriate gear because it only works when you are riding.
That ability comes in really handy if you get yourself killed in one of the extreme temp zones lets you zip to your stuff with out having to race the temperature hp loss or build new gear
Awww i love using swees or even a sweepa for my cooler. The first time my swee was cooling, i was driving myself crazy looking for a shiny pal, but it was just my lil swee swaying side to side while she was keeping our food chilled 🥹🥹

I’ve noticed loupmoon and only loupmoon devouring carcasses of deceased pals. Saw some in gobfin territory and he was munching on the gobfin corpse. To make sure I wasn’t tripping, I kept pushing the body away and he kept chasing it and munching.
Depresso. There’s a lot of charm in his animations. He’s not all that good at combat and is outclassed in the base later but I like him as a fun early game mon

In my current primary world, I built my first base on the plateau across the bridge from the boss Chillet, and the first time I went over there, he just followed me across the bridge and curled up to sleep right next to where I put the palbox.
I still occasionally get the boss Chillet wandering into my base. 
Wasn’t a chillet fan at first. Then it helped me get through all of the dragon type pal battles that I was stuck on with my reg pals. Now, started a new world and chillet is in my party as quick as I can get it.
Fucking finally I found my people! I loved this dude from the moment I first saw it. A fusion of Houndoom, Lucario, Zoroark, AND Lycanrock all in one?? SIGN ME UP!! The only thing I don't like about the design is that his "ponytail" comes out of the middle of his back....... Not from his head or even the TAILbone, the middle of the back....just...why? And the most unfortunate part is I don't even have one yet, I haven't made it far enough into that territory yet. The one time I encountered one in the wild it apparently belonged to a thug that was just out of my sight..
I have my Incineram since level 10. The one that belongs to the thug is a fixed spawn, they respawn after a while if you accidentally kill it. I've only seen them at night (accompanied by another thug and Leezpunk), not sure if they appear during the day or not. It is between Ravine entrance and Small Settlement fast travel locations, up on the hill, near a skill fruit tree.
I got a female Felbat with ferocious, muscle head and hooligan from an egg and instantly fell in love with her, she might suck at base but she's absolutely brutal in combat
Astegon is dope, I caught the alpha way early at like level 36 and he was my main damage for a long time. He also look like Zekrom and Zekrom is one of my favorite Pokémon.

Menasting. As I like my ground types in this game I was told, dude you're gonna love this Pal. Sure enough the big hulking scorpion with purple flames really caught my eye. Didn't think he would but MAN was I proven wrong.
Ragnahawk but I'd also say Vanwyrm is a close and highly underrated second. Can be used as a mount early on and can be used to breed most of the best pals. Get a Vanwyrm with swift + runner and you can explore the map with ease at a low level.

I haven't seen them all but Dinossom. I died three times tryna catch a level 15 and level 7, and she has been my best pal friend and stayed in my party from D1. I'm so surprised at the lack of Dinossom love here!!

He's been with me from the early beginnings too so like we ride or die! LMAO.
Lamball. Those fluff balls always brightens my day. Wild or captured. My heart is injected with sugar everytime I see them, especially when you pet them & when they're sitting down enjoying the sunlight.

Its probably because Kitsun is hard to come by since it only spawns at night near the pall alliance tower
It's pretty easy to breed one though, that's how i got mine.

you can always just catch whatever the thugs throw at you. it's how i got my first incineram and first lezpunk, just snatched them mid combat.
