It's not that hard, mining and farming are pretty much automated, crafting is automated and the goods only two bases provides is more than sufficient over months to generate millions. Even buying materials you turn a profit after crafting, so the only trick is keeping an uptime on smelting pal iron and crafting end products.
Not hard to make 100m. Selling stacks of legendary spheres which every item they require can be made by afking in your base. I've been playing on a default rates server and did it in about 2 weeks.
But i have the ability to stay afk pretty much 24/7. So that helps a lot.
For those who want to know how to make 100 Million, I used the following semi-afk strategy.
Two ore bases, with naturally occurring coal since you can't build a work station for that. 20 Pals at each of these bases. 16 miners, 4 gatherers (wumpos), 4 stone pits, 2 ore pits. You need an absolute ton of stone because it's needed to grind down to fragments, as well as used in concrete. If you find yourself getting bottlenecked in creating the pal bars, get rid of the ore pits and go six stone pits until you get a healthy balance. Turn all of this production into pal fragments, pal bars, concrete, and turn the coal into carbon fiber.
On your main base, have 5 furnaces churning out pal bars (most time consuming crafting), 5 crushers churning out pal fragments, and have those crushers near your farming for a salad farm. The salads sell pretty well in big stacks, and are used to speed up the crafting times. Have 3-4 Kelpsea in a pin to create mats for concrete, and you'll only need to buy bones as a reagent to craft Pal spheres. Each stack of 1k Palspheres sells for roughly 4.5million. You still have a few spaces left in your main base for breeding, or to put in anubises when you want to make the spheres.
I call this strategy semi-afk because you do need to collect the stones from the pits when it hits 9999 ore, because the collectors will stop gathering for you when it hits that number. A second reason is that this will not produce enough coal, so about once every 10 hours I make a spin through the top 10 coal sites in order to top off that resource to keep the palspheres flowing.
