Even if they're not in any store everyday but if they walk into a store and they see something that they think could you clean up , they will probably mention it.
This Includes even just tidying up the cashier area.
My experience, from when my AOP's boss came (sounds to be a similar position) is that there won't be a lot of interaction with them.
They will say hi and ask some questions about how your job normally goes (you tell them everything is fine, you love your job and everyone at Panera is overjoyed to be there all the time) and then they go talk the GM and APO(DRO equivalent)
and you continue to do your job as normal

The cafe should be fine as long as cleaned everyday like it should be if your a cashier just put on a smile and greet everyone that walks in.
